Purchase with caution from Ultra Speed
Purchase with caution from Ultra Speed. Ordered a set of 4 wheels for 2026 Audi.
Ultra Speed shipped quickly but one of the wheels in the set was a completely different model. Thankfully Discount Tire noticed before opening the boxes.
I had to take the incorrect wheel to Fedex and wait for Ultra Speed to send the correct wheel to my set. After receiving the full set, I took them back to Discount Tire for mounting.
Discount Tire noticed that the wheel center caps did not have the Audi emblem on them (unlike the pictures on Ultra Speed’s website). I asked Discount Tire to just use my OEM Audi wheel center caps, however, those did not fit the aftermarket wheels.
I asked Ultra Speed to send the Audi emblems over a week ago and am still waiting. In the process of all this, Ultra Speed’s communication was hit or miss. I called, texted and e-mailed multiple times during their business hours one day and hours later received a text from the owner (Allen) saying he was boarding a plane and couldn’t respond at the moment. Sir! I’m reaching out during their business hours listed on YOUR website. Do you not have a backup?
The quality and look of Ultra Speed’s wheels (or at least the set I received) are nice. But the mess I experienced to receive them causes me to not recommend unless you cannot find the wheels from other Sellers.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your order.
We are very sorry for the incorrect wheel being shipped and the inconvenience this caused during the exchange process. This was a fulfillment error on our side, and we are currently reviewing our quality control procedures to ensure all outgoing orders are properly verified before shipment.
We also apologize for the inconsistent communication you experienced. We understand how frustrating it is not to receive timely responses, and we are improving our customer support coverage to ensure messages are handled promptly during business hours.
Regarding the center caps, we regret the confusion caused by the product listing images. We have already arranged to send you the correct Audi-compatible center caps and will follow up with tracking information shortly.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process and regret the time and effort this situation required from you. Please feel free to contact us directly if anything further is needed—we are here to help.

It’s been 6 days since I placed the order. In those 6 days my package has went to 6 different places in California and is still there. Good ole FedEx. I suppose this is a them problem but now a days shipping should be quick and easy and who you choose to ship your stuff matters.

My rims eventually came in two different orders after I received the first two there was nothing showing me a tracking number for when the next two were going to arrive. Because the first email stated order was delivered and complete. Rims are nice. The center caps with TRD are actually stickers which doesn’t say that when you’re ordering.

Hello,
You mentioned that the wheels you purchased are compatible with all Chevrolet Camaro models, and that there should be no rubbing issues. Whether it’s a ZL1, 1LT, or SS, the body structure is the same—only the engine differs.
We have not received any feedback from customers indicating that the wheels cannot be installed on the SS model.
We recommend having the wheels installed at another professional modification shop, as they have the proper experience and equipment to handle the installation.

2 day air don't pay for
I paid for two day air delivery paid 72 dollars for it which is ridiculous and didn't receive the product for 6 days. The company refuses to give me a refund.
To say that UPS charges for two business day service but doesn't deliver for 6 full days and arrived at my house at 7:15 pm which technically makes it 7 days and you can't demand a refund is a complete lie. I own several businesses and know that isn't true.

Hi,
I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay.
The $72 you paid was for 2-Day Air shipping service. Please note that the 2 business days refer to the carrier's transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. Processing and handling time are separate from the shipping transit time.
Your order was shipped as quickly as possible, and any delay in transit was caused by the shipping carrier, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
The shipping fee was paid directly to the carrier for the expedited service and is non-refundable once the package has been shipped and delivered.

I recently acquired a set of 17x8" Sema Pro Style Matte Gunmetal Wheels, marketed as compatible with Toyota vehicles. Upon receipt, I noted a discrepancy between the product delivered and the item depicted in the advertisement. The advertisement features an authentic Toyota product, whereas the wheels supplied are an aftermarket version with a distinct design. Furthermore, the accompanying hubcaps are proprietary to the manufacturer and lack universal compatibility, precluding replacement with standard Toyota hubcaps. I believe greater transparency regarding product specifications would enhance customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any confusion caused.
Regarding the center caps, these wheels are designed to use manufacturer-specific caps, and unfortunately they are not compatible with standard Toyota center caps. We understand this may not have been clearly communicated, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Thank you again for your understanding.
