They charged me twice for a booking and are yet to refund me
They charged me twice for a booking and are still yet to refund me after nearly a week and are not responding to my emails. The driver on pick up was also late when we had paid extra for meet and greet. He was also not very accommodating, tried to charge us extra for wanting to make a drop off one street across from the original address. Which I think is very unreasonable. We were two young girls getting dropped off in London at 2am and he refused to drop us off a street over to save us walking alone in the dark. Would not recommend this company at all.

Hello Isabel. Can you please contact us on accounts@umbrellatransfers.com and provide us with your booking ref number?
We do not charge pur clients twice for any bookings, if this happened it means your first transaction has been blocked by our system due to high probability of fraud transactions. Your money in this case would be refunded in 5 working days automatically - we do not have control over it - it is your bank and our merchant Stripe who handle all transactions very securely.
Second thing is - meet and greet service is included in our prices. If however there was a situation like this please let us know so we will investigate this matter.
Driver 20 MINS LATE
Our driver was 20 MINUTES LATE for our airport drop off. This is unacceptable!!!
Positives were that he was a good driver and the car was clean and comfortable.
