It was challenging to add the Yext service widget to my website, so I reached out to Umbrella support for help, but communicating with them turned out to be even more difficult. In the end, I asked Berry, who originally guided me with my site, and he resolved it immediately. The biggest challenge with a digital agency is getting in touch and fixing issues, but Berry relieved that pain—I’m grateful!
Barry is very knowledgeable and professional. He has the ability to show he cares and maintain his professionalism. Anyone would be fortunate to be associated or learn from his experience.
Unfortunately, I am writing a bad review which I never do. I found Itamar and Umbrella and saw great potential in the hyped-up webinar but looked past it to see the beef. After spending thousands of dollars on different products and services each of the services fails to meet the promises made in the sales pitch webinar.
When asking about specifics to customer service on what is promised and having it fulfilled they come back with this is in development. With no ETA on when it will be completed. specifically, AiGent connecting phone numbers and or even emailing me to let me know someone wants to make an appointment. So it is useless $1100. down the drain.
When purchasing a service with a price quote that sounded great and a good value to my clients I onboarded 5. The next month they doubled the wholesale price without grandfathering in those who purchased the program at the prices given. It is a shame to have to deal with such cowards that they change the prices and inform you with a sales video trying to convince you that a 100% markup on wholesale price you bought in at is a "good thing" Really? This is the SBO program, I will make my money back on this one since the first 4 out of 5 are fulfilled the last one I will most likely have to refund their depost since they seem to have stopped working on it.
Saatchi Now this one I paid around $795. The dev team there seemed to care but mine was not working so within the generous 14 day return I asked if it would be fixed or since I have only a few days left to return it I will just get a refund. I was informed the fix would be within a week. Guess what the fix was not done and no refund past the 14 day mark.
People do not waste your money. I got excited and pre-sold a few clients as well as tested for myself. only to find out what they promise in training and what I promised live can not be fulfilled at this time.
This will happen to you also and like other 1 star reviews when you ask for a refund within the time frame they say it will be taken care of within a week then in a week it is not you ask for a refund they say it is past your return date.
I am only mad at myself for being gullible. Don't be me.
The company treats me well and in turn I treat clients customers the same and with respect.
I have been an independent marketing agency for over a year and as a start-up, I can assure you it is a monumental task to get ranked by Google and be able to compete head-to-head in the market. Umbrella Local has put together a great program and they are focused on your success! Give them a shout-out, and you will see what I mean!

Umbrella is a 10/10. I've been a member for roughly a year. I worked specifically with Jim Borenitsch -- who is the Director of National Sales. He personally taught me how to sell these products (he's an agency owner himself). The products, the support -- absolutely everything has been first class.

They are interested in my feedback if there are any issues that do come up, and their latest providers are off the charts, I'm very excited about what we can offer, it gets better and better.
