Took money without unblocking drains
Requested the chain (as we’ve had lots of experience with our blocked drains over the last year and knew this would be needed) for unblocking the drains and was told their policy is to use the hose first and see the job. We did this but a few days later we saw that the drains were still blocked.
Called to ask about the chain and getting them back out. Was told that they wouldn’t use the chain as before and would be charging us full price as if they had never been out.
Didn’t listen to our experience of the drains, we paid over €100 to still have blocked drains, no offer to reduce the cost or come with the chain etc. Basically took our money and didn’t unblock the drains.

Thank you for your feedback.
We have been out to your property a number of times for the same issue. Upon each visit we have advised you that a CCTV inspection is needed due suspected buried access points on site and/ or defects with your pipework due to how frequent your drains get blocked.
Upon our last visit over 2 Weeks ago your drains were unblocked and a flow test was carried out by our engineers before leaving your property. Once everything was cleared and flow tested only then was payment taken by our engineers.
Your partner called us back 2 weeks later advising your drains had blocked again.
We noted that we could call out and unblock the drains again but it has been strongly recommended on each call out prior that a CCTV inspection is carried out on your drains to diagnose the issue. Your partner did not want to proceed with the CCTV and was unhappy to learn that the call out would be charged at full price due to time passed since our previous call out along with the fact that there is noted issues with your drainage system, issues which cause your drains to block up regularly for reasons beyond our control.
It was then requested that we bring " Chains" to site to unblock the line. We advised that the only equipment with Chains we have is a piccote unit which is only brought so sites specifically when required as it is not a standard piece of equipment we would carry on board due to its size the nature of works it is used for- Grease removal, concrete cutting, root removal etc etc.
Everything was clearly explained and communicated during the phone conversation and unfortunately resulted in the cancellation of your call out as you felt we could not meet your needs.
We apologise that you feel you have had a negative experience using our services and can assure you this is not a common occurrence as you can see by our 750+ google reviews.
