Great service! Rob came out within the hour (even on a Bank Holiday weekend), identified the issue quickly and explained everything. Problem resolved and all sorted - would definitely use again! Very happy customer!

Rob, was super efficient, arrived within an hour,gave honest appraisal and advice and solved the problem in an hour. Fixed pricing wasnt the lowest quote we had but wasn't the dearest either but gave total peace of mind. Based on this experience I can only recommend and leave 5 stars

First class customer service from engineer
The customer service provided by Rob was over and above my expectations. I would give the customer service experience 5 stars. Fast and sorted drain blockage quickly. Lowered the overall experience to 4 stars as the cost seems quite high at £390.

He acted swiftly and professionally to trace and fix the problem which I very much appreciated.

Call handler responded within minutes of leaving an online request for callback.
Rob arrived on-site within 2 hours and fixed problem within 90 minutes.
Rob diagnosed the problem accurately, kept me informed throughout and left the place clean on departure.
I am unable to compare work and prices with other service providers but I am satisfied with the outcome, particularly given the speed and thoroughness of the completed work.
