Would give 0 stars if possible.
Less than a year ago put in a new drain for my elderly parents at a cost of +£3000. Drain become blocked again.
Multiple promises of returning to see what the problem was. Not turning up, not ringing back. Shocking customer care considering the ridiculous prices they are taking from vulnerable people.
Instructed a new company today. Suprise suprise the join they made to the clay pipe is out of step causing it to become blocked again. So thousands wasted for a couple in their 80s is disgusting.
After reading the reviews afterwards they did not want to engage with them for fear of being verbally abused(see previous reviews) hope you can sleep at night and don't have elderly parents.

Avoid at all costs.
They charged nearly £300 for five minutes work and the drains are still blocked, then wanted to come back, but wanted to charge me another £200 before they tried again. I called another company in Stafford who only charge £125 + vat for an hours work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Woke up to find the contents of my toilet in my yard! it was awful! called unblock drains and they were with me an hour after the call. Rob was very pleasant, informative and helpful and when he finished my drains & the surrounding area was left lovely and clean. I would highly recommend :)

There is only one toilet in the house & it was about to overflow due to the blocked drain outside so I contacted this company who said they would get an engineer to call within 5 minutes & arrange a visit. I was also told that I could be invoiced for the job. No one contacted us & no one turned up so I called again the following morning. I spoke to a different person who said they were sorry & would get the engineer to call immediately. They also told me that they do not invoice their jobs but I have to pay on the day by card. Strange that the receptionist I spoke to previously does not know the working policy of the company. Anyway, again, no one contacted us and I called a third time. Again I was told an engineer would be in touch urgently. At this point I gave up & called in an alternative company who arrived on time & did a great job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are totally unreliable & employ people who don't know company policies - this is the perfect definition of a cowboy company - avoid!

I contacted this company and they were able to help unblock 1/6 drains. The other 5 drains were not checked after the initial inspection. I was charged £342.00 for 35 minutes work with no written or formal breakdown of the works. Was given Two weeks guarantee by a nice gentleman obviously a worker.

Three weeks later I called as drains were blocked up again. To my astonishment a cowboy Director was telling me off for leaving my call until after the guarantee lapsed ( 3 weeks). Obviously angling for more of my hard earned money. No empathy or compassion for my issue or even “can we help you “ with the same problem we first came too. An obnoxious person who seemed very entitled and certainly had no client or person skills. Probably not formally trained
No way was I prepared to have this company at my house again as the Director is not a fit and proper professional to deal with.

I have now contacted Dyno Rod who have been very professional and supportive in a proper process. Half the price checks on every drain, Three month’s guarantee and enquired if we we can shower and use bath facilities properly. Small things but important. Empathy and compassion.

Leave it for others to decide the best options for such a situation.

I called at about 8:30am and by mid day my problem was solved!

absolute shambles,trying to sue them, all we wanted was a breakdown of the work carried out, photos, receipts and guarantee. 5 months on still on sign, hence with the courts, as not sure if the work was done properly.

Rob came out same day after hours to help sort an emergency situation. Very polite, explained options thoroughly. Job was completed quickly & efficiently. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t thank this company enough. From the initial enquiry until the work had been completed the service was exceptional. I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses however I can say these guys are brilliant. Prices were reasonable and the response time is great.

Don’t EVER use this awful company! They told me it would be £145 plus vat before he started the job and now I’ve been charged £270!!! The manager called me a scum bag and more offensive words I can’t write on here. Swore at me several of times!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent experience. Call back very prompt and professional. Kept me informed of changes to arrival time and gave me options. Rob who attended and sorted out my drainage problem, was extremely helpful and friendly as well as professional, and no hidden surprises to the price quoted. Kept me fully informed of what he was doing and what would be needed to be done. Would certainly recommend the company to anyone who has household drainage problems. They will be my first port of call for all future problems.

Kitchen and washing machine drain was blocked. Rang 'Unblockdrains' the lady who answered took my details and said that an engineer would ring me back within 10 minutes. Rob, the engineer rang within 5 minutes. He said he would call between 3pm & 5pm, he arrived at 4:30pm and by 5:30 my drain was clear. Rob was extremely friendly and pleasant and explained everything clearly. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but should anyone else need their drains clearing you will not get better than Rob and the guys at 'Unblockdrains'. 10\10 5*

Had a blocked sink drain,they charged me 220 quid to jet it,they said this wasnt working so I paid 168 quid for them to camera it......they couldn't get the camera to go past a lip so couldn't do this either but was still charged.Upon using a different company they explained to me that they had tried to jet and put a camera through the wrong part of the drain and that they should have used the access gulley!!!15minutes later job done and for a quarter of the price.On top of this I needed an invoice as this was being partly covered by the housing association......15 calls later I still havnt been sent an invoice and don't expect 1.People were nice but service terrible.
