Rob your engineer visited looked at the problem and explained what had happened. He was quick and efficient, helpful and respectful. The job was completed. A positive experience for us

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We were told someone would call back within 10 minutes. After waiting 1 hr, and no call back. we called them again.
When they eventually arrived ( albeit later than time quoted) we were given a price of £342 to clear blocked outside drain. As it was now late in the afternoon and the drain blocked was the bathroom, we decided to go ahead with the price quoted.
When the blockage was cleared we were informed that a point to point repair was required as the joining pipes were out of alignment. The price quoted for this was £550 +vat.
At this point we decided to go through our insurance who sent an engineer out to survey the issue.
The conclusion was that there was NO PROBLEM at all with the drainage and had been given incorrect information by the this company. Also they said that the price we had originally paid was VERY EXPENSIVE for the work carried out.

An engineer called Rob came to us and made us feel so at ease which is impressive when our excrement Is floating around the garden!

Craig was amazing

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely appalling service. Blocked kitchen sink drain. Called out on New years day. Engineers came out within the said time frame (which is the only good part) and used some form of a suction to 'clear' the apparent blockage and showed water flowing. Charged £150 and by the end of the days the sink was not flowing again. Unable to use the sink, washing machine or dishwasher as water not draining. Called 2 days later and was told the 'engineers will call back' but never did. 3 phones called on the same day and being told the same thing and several phone call the company in the following 2 days but no one ever calls back. One call handler said they cannot escalate to anyone and they don't have a manager!!
Following 3 days of multiple calls, the engineer finally calls back to say that when they fixed it and ran the water for 10 minutes it was flowing and therefore there could not be further blocking. When tried to explain the situation accusing me of 'misleading them' and accusing me of 'blocking the drain again' rather than their shambolic job!
Paid cash in hand and they never even sent me the invoice for the work done.
Terrible service all around and would never recommend to anyone and would never use this company in the future.

They over charge and their customer service is a disgrace.
I called to speak to a manager regarding the issue I had with the service they provided me and what I was charged and I was berated and patronised throughout the call. I have never in my life been spoken to the way the engineer spoke to me. Very passive aggressive and condescending. The solution to the issue I had from this engineer was to "call 10 other drain companies and see who they agreed with" it was like debating with an adolescent teenager. There was no understanding or amicable solution and I knew as soon as I answered the call it would go that way as he was immediately rude and dismissive.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Called regarding blocked driain outside from kitchen sink. Man called next day did not quote price took less than half an hour to remove blockage with water jet. Unnecessarily removed front grids and charged £390 We are pensioners and cannot afford this amount but realise we should have asked for a quote first.Do not use this firm they are rip off cowboys and should be stopped.
