Delivery arrived a day early, which was welcomed. I wasn't there when my friend opened the gift, but she followed up and said that she loved it, she commented on the packaging being nice as well as the actual product (coffee and travel mug). I will order from here again for gifts for friends and corporate clients.

Unreliable delivery:
I searched for gifts that would arrive by Christmas. The Unboxme website came up and I was intrigued! I ordered this for my niece and her fiance, and was told it would arrive by December 24. On Christmas day I learned they never got it. When I found tracking info, it was scheduled to be delivered December 30! By then the fiance was out of the country and Christmas long over. The company did not email me to tell me about this delay and when I emailed them to complain, they blamed UPS, took zero responsibility, and gave me a measly $10 back (on an order of $140!!).

Easy to navigate website, great options, relatively affordable compared to competitors, super quick and well-priced shipping and truly excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend

On a Thursday Jan 2 I placed my order and upgraded my shipping for an extra cost to receive the Jan 4th delivery promise. Well, that became the 6th...then the 7th...I requested delivery cost refunds for the difference in shipping and was told that was an "estimated" delivery time, no adjustment to my shipping. I asked to then cancel the order...before it shipped and was told I could not. I might dispute this payment with my credit card company on this basis.

I had received a box from my sister in law and was so delighted with it that I ordered two boxes for another sister in law and a daughter in law! I am looking forward to gifting someone else very soon!!

The box contents are awful - 40 + dollars for 6 bags of tea (1 dollar value), a pair of plasticky socks that fall apart after three wears (1 dollar value), a candle and a mug looking like they both came out of dollar store also?

One could go to the dollar store, or five below, and assemble a better box themselves, for under 20. The items provided are not high quality at all.

Absolutely LOVE Unboxme - I received a box as a birthday gift and it was so special knowing my sister in law had picked everything in it especially for me. I then went and gifted a box as a housewarming present for my best friend and she loved what I put together- highly recommend. The products are soooo nice and amazing brands.

Perfect experience from easy on-line ordering to delivery -the communication was excellent. My friend loved the gift, she was so excited when she got it. UPDATE: the package arrived in great condition, bringing joy to the recipient... 18 days after I placed the order. I don't know why it took so long, so just keep that in mind when ordering that it can take quite a while.

I love the idea of supporting small business, but I have been disappointed. The website was glitchy; I made up my custom package carefully choosing my items each time, and when I would go to complete the order it would disappear. I was persistent and got it after 3 attempts. It read that my order was complete, but it never did send a confirmation email, which left me wondering if the order had actually gone through. My friend's surgery has come and gone and I'm disappointed that a week later, still no package has been delivered to her. I'm hoping it will still arrive shortly. I loved the selection of gifts and I think it's a great idea, but I hope they can improve the website. Also it would nice to know an approximate delivery date at the time of ordering.

I sent multiple boxes to friends and each one loved what was inside! They were
Received them at different times, and one had to be resent, (no fault of Unboxme.) Each box held something special for the individual. I ordered them because I received one and absolutely loved it! The items were chosen with care, particularly to the event/occasion.
Unboxme being woman owned/run is the triple thick icing on the cake cupcake. Thank you 😊

The site wouldn't allow me to put a card with my 2nd box and then they got the boxes mixed up.

I love the idea and I did send a box to my sister-in-law. However, the website itself is really glitchy and it took me three times to actually create an order. Also, if you don't pick out a card to send with your gift, there's no way that the gift receiver will know who it's from since there was no place to put a little note or even just a "FROM" space that I could put my name in. I can't really say anything about the quality or packaging since I sent the gift to someone else. I hope it is good.

So many good things about my experience with Unboxme. First, it was in line, if not cheaper, than most premade gift boxes I searched. Second, I loved that I could choose exactly what to go in the box. Third, I loved that most if not all products were supporting women and AAPI and may options were organic. I will definitely be using this service again!

i paid for 2 day shipping and it took 2 weeks. horrible. would never pay for it again and would never recommend.

My first experience with Unboxme was what I received a gift box and I fell in love with the products. I purchased a box for myself, but due to it being over 100 degrees outside, some of the food items melted. I emailed Unboxme and they gladly replaced my items with no questions asked. Customer service has been excellent.

I had 3 August birthdays for family members ranging from 41-75. I used the Build a Box option and all 3 gushed about their contents being exactly what they liked, so thank you for the wide selection. All 3 shipped quickly and arrived on time. Everyone was impressed with the packaging too - you do an awesome job of displaying their gifts. Thank you!
