From the site visit and booking process with Tony to the fitting by Adam a very professional and pleasurable process. Adam came over 2 days and fitted the understair units with no hassle, polite, respectful and very tidy throughout. Finshed product looks fantastic, what was ordered and paid for with no haggling.

Adam attended to fit the unit, worked to a really high standard and did an excellent job. Adam clearly takes great pride in what he does and worked a very long day to ensure the installation was right.

I had been looking for a reliable company to come and do an understairs conversion for my home and had given the business to another well-known company. It was only after signing up that I discovered that that company required me to dismantle the wall under the stairs myself! That was a complete non-starter for me.
In an online advertisement I came across Giobella and as their showroom was not too far from me, I decided to pay a visit. I was so glad I did! I was welcomed by Tony and everything was explained to me. I was given a firm quotation and a few days later Tony came to measure up for me. Adam did the fitting for me and did everything meticulously. His workmanship was second to none! I am totally delighted with Giobella and would recommend this company to anyone. I now have an amazing, useful amount of storage which I didn't have before. Well done, Tony, Adam and the carpenters at Giobella. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly and professional service. They accommodated every request for changes that I wanted to make with no fuss.The end results looked amazing and better than we expected, Adam the installer was very friendly, professional and kept mess and disruption to the bare minimum while doing a superb job installing the cabinets. All in all it was an amazing job start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone.

From start to finish Giobella was a pleasure to deal with, Tony came out when he said he would to survey the job and explained everything to us and helped us choose the correct colour and spec to suit our staircase and showed us samples we placed the order and was given a date to fit. Paul the fitter turned up on time, he was brilliant and did an amazing job all within 2 days. We are over the moon with the finish. The overall professional finish and installation by Adam was superb and we can't praise him highly enough. There was a minor blip with the product order, only spotted once it was being fitted, which was an oversight by the company but this was eventually corrected and dealt with amicably and to our mutual satisfaction. We are now over the moon with how it looks in our home.

A wonderful and professionals service from start to finish of the process. Looking at options in showroom made selection much easier and pricing was simple and competitive. At home visit by Nick was quick and gave us peace of mind and the final installation by Adam was great. You could tell he cared more about getting things right rather than finishing a quick job. Very happy with final result and would recommend to anyone interested. I have had the competitor company also in our old house and products are very different in quality but similar in price...our recent work is far superior quality workmanship...both product and fitting. We've been looking for understairs storage for a while, despite our tight budget and small space, Understairs by Giobella has provided excellent service according to our needs.
The survey and fitting were completed within a week, amazingly fast and well done, Adam has provided a lot of on-site advice to us, flexibility is always welcome.
Family members are happy with the new storage space, we are going to fully utilize it from now on, cheers!

Excellent from start to finish.
After our initial on-line enquiry Tony visited our home and provided us with the full range of options and finishes. With his advice we were easily able to agree the design we wanted.
When it came to fitting we were advised exactly when they would turn up and Paul (the fitter) called us an hour before to again confirm the arrival time.
It was wonderful to have Paul in the home as he was very personable, very tidy and clearly very skilled. The installation took just over a day and when he left the whole area had been thoroughly cleaned. We have been left with under stair storage which looks great and works really well. Thank you for a professional service

Just had these drawers fitted under the stairs, which are at an unusual angle reflecting the slope of the stairs. Not a problem for this company. I have to say we are delighted with the product. They are well made, run smoothly and hold an enormous amount.

Had our under stairs space transformed into an excellent storage space by Giobella just last week. Just brilliant. Cannot believe how much extra storage this has created. The work was carried out by Paul who was so professional & an excellent fitter. Very conscientious & was very keen to make sure any mess was cleaned up . Great communication from Tony, who came out to survey the space and keep us updated. I would certainly recommend this company.

*Edited to reply to Mr Crolla. Your accusations are false and I've evidence of your lies. If you wish to play ignorance that's your choice, it would not pay in your favour in a court room, particularly as I'll be taking legal actions for your public defamation and false accusations against me. This should show to the new customers the true colours of your personality and the length you're prepared to go to tarnish others.
Definition of "breach of contract" in law: an act of breaking the terms set out in a contract, which you've done by changing my design WITHOUT informing me and gaining my consent first. I only realised it at the time of installation that the new designer was £224 cheaper then my original contract. I had to raise a formal complaint to get the difference back because you never informed me about the changes or the price discrepancy. I urge everyone going through the same struggles I went to report your wrong doing to the Trading Standard Authority. All is recorded and proaveble despite your attempts to deceive customers.

Nothing to complain about the product and the installation. Unfortunately, the company has been in breach of contract and it took a lot of work for things to be rectified. The company did not take any responsibility nor apologised once. Should this happen to you too make sure to report them to the Trading Standards Authority as the contract cannot be changed without your consent.

We wanted some under-stairs drawers/cupboards when we first moved in our house, but couldn’t find anyone locally who could do this - we were so pleased to hear about Giobella when our neighbours used them. The service has been so quick from initial contact to fitting! Adam worked so hard meticulously building and creating the drawers and cupboard and cleaned up afterwards! We are so pleased with our new drawers/cupboard - not a single shoe/coat/bag has been dumped on the hallway floor since! We would definitely recommend to others. Thank you ☺️
