I was surprised by the diversity of apparel and very surprised and happy that I found something in my size (6x) and even bigger sizes. It's hard for me to find clothes that fit in stores, let alone a small shop on Instagram so I was quite happy. The only thing I don't like is that after ordering a shirt, it was and is not obvious how I am supposed to see the status of my order or even a general date of arrival.

I wasn’t super happy with the service I received, however they were super nice and helped me out a ton!!! I would certainly buy from them again!!! Looking back on it the quality of my hoodies I ordered was amazing!!! Thank you so much!!!

My daughter ordered a sweatshirt for me as a Christmas gift. When we realized it had never arrived, we immediately contacted Unifit Style. Their team was attentive, responsive, and quickly began the process of replacing the item in good faith. Their customer service was truly impressive, and I greatly appreciate their willingness to resolve the situation promptly. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a hooded sweatshirt and a t-shirt last year. The material of both were really nice and comfortable. Fit well to size. The printings were great quality and have kept vibrant after about a year of wearing and washing. I will be purchasing more products. Highly recommend.

Products received were a misrepresentation of pictures on the website. Clothing quality was very poor; shorts were longer length, material was slick/non-breathable, and color shade was much different than the picture shown on their website. Clothing quality is like Temu, but I paid much higher prices. Communication with their customer service was very slow over a long period of time via email since company is in a different time zone (Hong Kong) than United States. The cost of shipping was very high to return to China Was eventually offered a 50% refund to keep the clothing if I left a five star review showing proof of the positive review. I refuse to lie to give a five star review when this is a one star rating. I finally settled on getting a 12% refund to keep clothing that I wouldn’t even regift to someone. Buyers beware and buy items made in USA.

I messaged on Facebook to see if this was legit. Right away a respond. Great merch. Easy to order!

I was not satisfied with the quality of the clothing and it is sent from china so it was too expensive to send back and would not be worth it. However the customer service was very helpful , they were very kind and speedy with their response. They even offered me a 20% refund if I left a five star review and said I could keep the item. Even though I would not ware the item because the quality is very cheap and looks nothing like the picture I was pleased with the customer service and 20% refund was better then nothing

I recently had an issue with the material of a sweater I ordered for my daughter, and at first I was a bit skeptical. However, Unifit’s customer service truly impressed me. They were very accommodating, listened to my concerns, and adjusted my order to meet my needs without any hassle.
Despite my initial impression, my overall experience turned out to be very positive. Their responsiveness and willingness to make things right made a big difference. I’m very pleased with how everything was handled and with the level of care they showed.
Because of this great customer service, I feel confident ordering from Unifit again in the future.

I did not receive the package, even though it shows delivered. I am giving a "5" star review because they are prompt to answer my request and are willing to make it right. I have ordered from them before and received my package, so I am definitely willing to give a second chance. Thank you UnifitStyle for making it right.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company/website is a joke. I ordered a matching set of from their “Forgiven” line, the black “forgiven” sweat pants and the black cheetah print “forgiven” hoodie. My issues with this company started once I placed my order for a week I received absolutely NO confirmation that my order was placed or even received but they sure were quick to take almost 100$ out of my bank account. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received any information about my order. I reached out about order and they simply said that due to “circumstances beyond our control we cannot provide tracking information.” What the actual heck kind of crap is that? I finally received my items and the hoodie I received was completely grey washed and looked used. I reached out yet again and they claimed I “washed” the hoodie, then they claimed the item wasn’t from them, then they claimed the item was correct and MY PHONE SCREEN made the item look darker then the item was when I ordered it. They refused to refund me my money but offered me a coupon for future orders- YEAH RIGHT. They refused to pay for me to return the item but told me it was all my responsibility. (mind you the item came from CHINA, yet they claim their operations are out of Colorado) they did absolutely nothing to correct this experience, this entire company is a rip off and the hoodie I received looks like it was made by a child in a sweat shop and as shady as this company is…. It probably was. Save your money and take your business elsewhere!

Please share on your reviews on other platforms like social media…. I placed an order on Dec 5th 2025 but never received the order. Contacted customer service several times and they sent me a tracking stating my shipment was delivered but I never received it. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering from this company.

I love the clothing on the website. However my order was not as expected. I ordered 2 hoodie sweatshirts in 100% cotton and i’m not sure the kind of cotton they are using but it’s not a great material. Could have been a mix up as they also have different materials for other clothing but I was pretty disappointed. The customer service over email was well responsive to my requests and helpful.

Son loves the hoodie. The colors match and the camo is unique.

This website is full of very cool products! So far I have two hoodies!
