Quick response to request for quote. Job done neatly, quickly and at a very fair price.

Our replacement Patio door were relaced with care and attention .There were no issues and the style was a perfect match to the windows .Very pleased with seperate keys for each door having it's own lock for added security .The fitters did the job really well

Excellent customer service and quick window installation. Trustworthy and competitive pricing. Would recommend 100% and would use their service again if required.

Rang up Sunny, to get a quote for a simple job (window for a new brick shed).
He had one of his guys pop over to measure up.
Came back to me with the price very shortly after.
We agreed to the work and Sunny was able to schedule the work within a few days.
The boys turned up and fitted in the window. It was a fuss free process and uncomplicated

All went efficiently from order to installation, after installation the house was left clean and tidy.

I have no hesitation in recommending Unique Glazing. They recently replaced a sash window at my property and the whole team were very professional throughout the process. I am very happy with the work they did and I would use them again.

I found out about Unique Glazing Company via a reference so thought of giving a chance. The service was perfect. All the windows were done and fitted within the time I expected as I was worried about the Winters + WFH. Thanks to the friendly staff for their absolutely immaculate and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Unique glazing have just installed windows and doors on our new build development and our own home and they have done a brilliant job. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and the timely manner in which they installed the windows. They were professional and friendly throughout the process and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with my choice of Unique Glazing.
I live in a period property so the installation wasn’t as straightforward as it could have been.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful.Didn’t pressure me at any point. Fitting team worked hard and left my home tidy!

Had a few snags that needed taking care of and these were quickly resolved.

This company is poor. Despite promises to draw up plans for a new window these failed to materialise.
I used a third party to do this but when I went back to unique glazing they didn't want to know. I have now used a local company Termapane who have done an excellent job. Avoid Unique Glazing.
The reply by the company is rubbish. I did the necessary at my own cost, went back to Unique after that with everything lined up, yet even then they didn’t want to know. That was this year 2023. So they can’t even get their facts right.

Absolutely thrilled with my new sliding doors and windows. Unique glazing were by far the best for price and customer service. A very smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Paul was great really helpful , the office staff were always really professional. Credit to the installers , really nice guys , left the house clean and tidy.

Really nice set of windows and doors fitted professionally and promptly. Fitters were very tidy and cleared up afterwards. Competitively priced with no hard sales pitch or constant chasing for the order.
Good after sales service too.

Nothing beats Unique Glazing of London they have done immaculate job

Fantastic service with professional workmanship. Very helpful staff

Great services, measurements a bit not accurate
Seller good experience and excellent fitters - Sunny and partner were excellent
Highly recommended
Overall great experience and service

Very helpful regards the windows needed, I wasn’t put under any pressure by sales, which I was happy with. Installation was done without any damage to my property. The house and garden area were let free from any rubbish.
I was very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend this company to any customer. Very reasonable priced.

Professionalism all the way, from first meeting with Paul who was very accommodating and gave such honest advice, to the lovely gentlemen Gurchand and Gurpreet who fitted our windows, it was a totally seamless experience. Having had very bad service from Safestyle last year it was a pleasure to do business with Unique Glazing. My new windows are beautiful, and I highly recommend this company for excellent service and value for money.

A job well done! The quality and pricing were great. Everyone was very professional and the work was finished on time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and professional fitting company!

Unique Glazing were helpful and professional from the initial consultation to installation. Andy and the team were helpful and knowledgeable about their product and suggested some practical changes to our windows. We were kept fully informed with the progress of our order and installation was swift and efficient. Thank you.

We had two Victorian sash windows replaced by Unique Glazing and are extremely happy with the product and service. Professional and courteous service delivered in a timely manner. Communication through out the process faultless. Highly recommended.
