I purchased the vintage desk and love it! It's very well built and so easy to assemble, just 8 screws. The distressed desktop gives a lovely finish for a smart vintage office. The service was also friendly. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I recently ordered a industrial coat tree stand for hallway which arrived with a few screws missing. Definitely important when self assembly involved. I emailed the company and had no sooner put my phone down when I received a reply from Goerge. I could have returned item but seemed like alot of hassle so Goerge offered me a slight discount to source the items myself which I have managed to do successfully.🙂 I think the important thing here is it's not always just about the item but the customer after care that follows with it. The item I ordered became unavailable so I was offered an immediate refund or I could wait 4 to 5 weeks for replacement. I wasn't in a hurry so I opted to wait. When it hadn't arrived after 5 weeks I made an enquiry and George responded immediately with apologies and a refund. Apparently the item was now lost. Although disappointed, I was really pleased at the speedy and efficient customer service. I will feel confident about buying from this company in the future.

I bought some bedside tables and they are simply beautiful! Everything from the packaging to the assembly instructions was immaculate, I was so impressed! I would 100% recommend this company. I could not be more delighted with the outstanding customer service I received from George! An item I had bought arrived unsuitable, and George immediately responded to offer me a refund or replacement item. I chose to have a replacement sent out, and George arranged this immediately within 2 working days. George also arranged the return postage for the unsuitable item. Fantastic customer service!
