Hola, he comprado unas sandalias y con poco uso ( se ve perfectamente en la suela que están casi sin usar) se ha despegado la plataforma de la plantilla y la plantilla interior también.
He ido a que me lo arreglasen y han dicho que no se hacen cargo, que sería de "andar"....me he quedado alucinada!!! Tengo sandalias mucho más económicas que no me han dado problemas.
Por un lado mala calidad y por otro pésima atención al cliente.
NADA RECOMENDABLE!!!

I bought a pair of sandals, which were too narrow for me. I sent them back, following all the instructions sent over email, but now the company is refusing to accept my return arguing that the box was damaged. Seems unacceptable their refusal, since the item bought -the sandals- are in perfect condition. I have discussed this over emails and they haven’t moved an inch from their stand.

Die Schuhe verlieren bereits nach kurzer Zeit die Sohle/Abdeckung des Absatzes. Der Absatz hat bereits offene Stellen, wo der Kunststoff durchkommt. Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Der Kundenservice verweist bei Frage nach Ersatzteilen (Abdeckung des Absatzes) mehrfach lediglich auf den Verkäufer.

I returned a full order. In this case, by German law, the seller needs to refund all costs: costs of the products + shipping costs (shipping to the buyers address). The shop did not refund the shipping costs. After sending an e-mail to the customer service, they refused to refund the shipping costs due to company policy (happend already in 2 cases). This is absolutely shocking and unexceptional that such a big company refuses to refund all costs, tries to misguid there own customers and ignores German law.

Zapatos de excelente calidad y muy cómodos.
Contacté con atención al cliente por horario de entrega y me respondieron con rapidez y eficacia. Un 10.

The pair of shoes I purchased from their online store fell apart in two wears. The first time I wore them the shoe sole loosened. The second time I wore them the heel cap fell off. They are obviously using very poor quality material in production. I reported the issue and they offered to repair the shoes if I send them back. They sent me an 'economy limited' class DHL shipping label which obviously doesn't cover additional insurance for content. I found out about this when DHL lost my parcel. Unisa didn't provide any support with the lost parcel. They refused to issue refund. Stay away from this company if you don't want to loose money and time.

Me compré unas sandalias básicas y en 3 puestas, las dos sandalias se empezaron a pelar por la parte interior. Lo comuniqué a Unisa, pues me pareció muy extraño que me pasara en los dos zapatos, sin duda es un defecto de fábrica. Su respuesta fue que no me sabía abrochar los zapatos y se quedaron tan anchos. Ya les comuniqué que tenían una clienta menos. Es de vergüenza.

I have been buying Unisa sandals for over forty years and they have always worn well. However a couple of the sandals I have recently purchased have worn badly and crumbled above the heel. I wrote to Unisa asking if they had changed their materials. A lady called Isis wrote back saying my shoes were out of guarantee! I replied saying I wasn’t looking for a refund, I just wondered if they had been using a different material. Nobody bothered to reply. Sadly it seems that Unisa products have deteriorated as has their customer service.

Muy decepcionada con la calidad de las últimas botas, que en dos días se levantó la piel de la puntera en varias partes, y con la empresa, que no se hace responsable.

Muy contenta. Compré unos botines para un regalo, y he quedado muy satisfecha. Buena calidad y los han enviado muy bien empaquetados. Pagué para envío express y llegaron en la fecha indicada. Repetiré.

Mooie/comfortabele sneakers en perfect verpakt en snel verzonden. Goede prijs voor de kwaliteit die ze leveren. Dit is het 2de paar dat ik via website heb besteld. Echt aandacht voor verpakking, milieu, en ook nog een mooi schriftje kado.

I received my order very very fast and I am very very happy with my new shoes. The leather is soft and they are comfortable to wear. The heel is not too high and just what I was looking for. Pictures and description of the item was clear and correct. Very good overall experience.

I have just bought the "Matos Black Elastic Heeled" boots. They arrived in record time - 4 days for international delivery. They are super comfy and exactly as described on the website. For a long time now I have been looking for boots that were "hugging" the leg and not too high (lower than the knee) so I could wear them with ankle-length trousers because I don't like to wear these with booties, and these are just perfect. Please note that the "Shaft width" is not 32cm as written, but 35cm - when I placed the order I thought 32 didn't seem right and I took a gamble, which paid off because 35cm is perfect for me, still, it would not suit someone with a wider calf.

La empresa no se hace responsable de lo que para mi es un par de botas defectuosas.
Tengo varios zapatos de esta marca, hasta ahora todo había ido bien, hasta que me compré las últimas botas cuyo material, para mi, era defectuoso. Me las he puesto en tres ocasiones y la punta está completamente destrozada, el ante se ha ido completamente. Pagué 80 euros por unas botas que me he puesto 3 veces y que no podré volver a ponerme. El servicio de atención a cliente no se hace responsable. No volveré a comprar esta marca, una pena.

Hace unos meses me casé, y sabía que en una de las cosas en las que no me importaba invertir dinero, era en los zapatos, pues iba a pasar muchas horas de pie. Tras probarme no sé cuantísimos pares, vi unos que me enamoraron. El amor a primera vista era proporcional al miedo que tenía a que esos tacones (12 cm) se resintiera en los pies. Nada más probarmelos, parecía que estaba metiendo los pies en una zapatilla de estar por casa y finalmente opte por comprarlos por la pagina web. el envio estupendo, super rapido. Encantadisima con mis zapatos, que no me los quité en toda la tarde-noche-madrugada de la boda! Recomendables 100%!!!!
