This company is absolutely terrible.

This company is absolutely awful to say the least.

I ordered a brand new 3 seater sofa and a chair and also a new TV stand and chest of draws from IKEA.

When they delivered these products to my home address they took most of the items into my living room only because I complained to them that I physically couldn't take them upstairs myself because of genuine serious health problems that I currently suffer from.

But what really pissed me off was the fact that they literally left my brand new 3 seater sofa which cost me at least £500 outside my front door knowing full well i couldn't take it upstairs myself and them simply not caring about it all.

It was only by pure luck for me that i was able to get my older brother to help me and my neighbour as well to get the new sofa into my home.

If it wasn't for that would have been completely screwed.

These so-called delivery drivers are just completely useless and very very lazy and their careless attitudes are disgusting.

These delivery drivers need to start doing their jobs properly all the time or should be fired if they are unable or unwilling to do their jobs properly.

And IKEA seriously need to get a much better company to do their deliveries in future because this company is shit.

Im surprised that this company is still actually in business to be honest.

Awful unreliable delivery company

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to use these guys twice via ikea. First time they were about 4hrs late with no updates and the second time, today, they drop called me and just left without delivering - saying we were not in - despite me waiting in all day. I called back as soon as the number flashed up but my call was cancelled, I continued to call for the next 10min only to be hung up on each time. Terrible service and very frustrating to say the least.
Ikea need to seriously consider finding a new contractor as they are incredibly unprofessional and damaging to the brand.

If I could give zero stars I would!

Absolute disgrace of a company, upon delivery the delivery drivers refused to remove shoes, they had no footwear protection which then caused damage to our new carpets. They then refused to put items the room we requested, saying that it was to heavy for them to do this.

Upon emailing the company, we had the generic response of our drivers did what they were asked of and this investigation has gone as far as it can. Basically believing what the drivers have told them. We also provided picture evidence of the marked carpets and damage caused.

IKEA furniture delivered.

Excellent prompt service

Excellent, prompt service.
I received a message the evening before delivery date .
On the morning of the delivery, I received another message, followed by a courtesy call to let me know the driver was 40 minutes away .
Alun and Dean delivered all items efficiently, and were friendly
and polite .
Thank you very much.

Poor service and management

Poor service and management
Refused to cover shoes, then state it’s in t&c’s. For clarity it’s not.
Complained asked for new carpets to be cleaned. Refused with repetitive excuses blaming myself and family by their Customer Service Manager !
Saved emails as evidence of this.

I made an order through IKEA and not…

I made an order through IKEA and not only managed to book the wrong delivery date by mistake but I also didn’t notice my new phone number wasn’t on there.

Blame the stress of moving. I called unitmovements and they were super helpful and kind and contacted IKEA on my behalf. Fab service. I’d definitely recommend contacting these guys first
As IKEA had a phone wait time of over ten minutes. Unit movements answered
immediately.

Cracked my plaster on delivery

Uni do deliveries for IKEA. Their driver smashed a large worktop into my plaster arch and cracked it. He couldn’t work out how to get the work top in past my stairs without also smashing it into my light. It was like having a child deliver to your house. I do not recommend this company.
