Poor…second time I’ve used Unitrailer and the second time I’ve been let down.

On both occasions they told be they were unable to deliver my order.
But only advised me of this when I called them to find out what was going on.

Won’t be using them again.

Clear communication, and quick dispatch of an as described quality item.

Ordered a spare wheel for my bike trailer in plenty of time for a planned trip. It didn’t arrive as carrier returned to sender due to an “admin error”. Called the Unitrailer office in the morning and they were checking but never got back to me. Now making the trip with no spare wheel. Now anticipating a battle to get a refund. Avoid dealing with these at all cost is my advice

2 weeks and I still have not received my order. Unitrailer.co.uk but my goods appear to be coming from Poland!! Where are they? I could have manufactured them myself quicker so perhaps a refund so that I can resource?

Placed an order that is yet to be received, order is shown as returned to sender per courier due to issue with incorrect pricing at customs. Been chasing for a response, nothing. Seems they take money for orders then it's radio silence.

Not received the goods yet so can’t really comment on how happy I am.

Just received my trailer spare wheel and mount.... delivered on time,well packaged to prevent damages, accurat description of dimensions

May be my mistake but I ordered two trailer lights from the Ireland store expecting uk spec lights and got supplied European

The parts (Shipped from Poland) are genuine and a lot cheaper than same ones from UK. Arrived after a few days.

Looked locally for the trailer part, but should have gone to Unitrailer first . They had the part I needed at a fair price. Also delivered at a time that suited me.Thank you

Very good quality products at a very competitive price , however the only negative i have is quite high delivery / courier prices

Ordered my jockey wheel on line. The company kept me up to date at all times with dates and timescale of delivery.

Great communication. Prompt punctual and courteous service would use this seller again.

First time I have used Unitrailer, they have a very good website where I found all the parts I initially wanted and found some other bits I hadn’t thought about.
Ordering process was very easy, with delivery steps notified throughout. Parts were received, all good quality and in good condition.
A contact I will keep and use again no doubt.

Never recieved item . I had to message them 3 weeks later to ask what's happening then told I'll be refund but no item

product delivered later than promised, did not inform mr that import tax had to be paid on top of the purchase price.

The trailer looks like a a good product but I never had a chance to find out because they don't deliver to the UK. This is not clear on the website but that said communication was good and the refund almost instantaneous. I just wish I had a chance to buy the products.
