Good Insurance for scouts groups
Good Insurance for scouts groups, but not a very streamlined process. Received separate emails for each policy and was told had to make two payments for premium. I didint just combined it and it worked fine. Need to be more aware most people sorting things out are volunteers and time is important to them

We worked with Natalie who was extremely helpful with our renewal. We needed to have a revaluation on our premises and organised through BCH as recommended by Unity, the process was quick and painless.
All in all we were pleased with the service and the time afforded to us to make the appropriate decisions.

I like that I get an email telling me the due date for renewal is coming and I can then sort a date/time to just do that. The staff are always helpful andkind

Friendly and very efficient service.
Friendly and very efficient service as always from Natalie. Answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Telephone answered quickly and no long recorded menu choices to wade through to get to speak to someone!

Responsive to our needs
Despite a significant increase in the premium for buildings insurance, the Unity representative worked with us to find a policy that was more suited to our needs and thus reduce the premium to something more affordable.
