I had a query about our Scout Groups existing cover in relation to public liability. I rang the help line and picked `other queries' as an option and was answered almost immediately. I spoke to Maddie who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. It is very rare that you have such a good experience on a helpline. I would recommend Unity for their product and their aftercare.

Excellent Customer Service
Due to the ill health of the leader who had previously dealt with our insurance I had to change over ownership, everyone I spoke to at Unity were incredibly helpful in explaining what was needed and how it all worked.
Excellent communication, kept simple but provided me with all the information I required.

The Scout Group has been going through difficult times and we are about to reopen. Unity were helpful and listened to our needs adjusting policy.

Straightforward annual renewal all done by emails. My only negative is that the reminder arrived in my inbox just 7 days before the due date and we were away! This caused a bit of stress to check and sort it.
There was also a bank holiday involved so our payment was late. I had a very helpful email in response to my email and everything sorted.
I find the renewal process very easy but would like the renewal information about 4 weeks before the due date to cope with checking details, holidays, absences, etc.

Used four times for short-term minibus cover. Natalie always very helpful and quick to respond, and has suggested the most cost effective options. I don't bother to look elsewhere.

Thanks to Zoe Sawyer who took time to explain the changes required to our policy at this year's recent renewal. This made the renewal process efficient and straightforward; greatly appreciated.

Was chased for renewal and found that the reminder had been sent to the wrong e-mail. As soon as this was discovered a new reminder was dispatched and the insurance was continued for another year.

Kylie was really proactive when specifying the cover we needed at renewal, so much better than just a form or invoice to renew. A time to talk properly about changes was suggested and was arranged for a time that suited me, as a volunteer. Together we sorted out what we needed to cover and what was best and most cost effective for our Scout Campsite. Great service! Thanks
