I love Until Gone. They have such a wide selection of different things. I am constantly searching for my next deal. I also have had no problems with returns. You can’t go wrong with their prices.

Ordered on Nov 21. FINALLY today, Dec 16 , I got my money back. They pretended to ship the order but it got "lost" and never arrived. Had to contact them NUMEROUS times and jump through a lot of hoops, but the money is refunded.

I will NEVER do business with them again. Just another example of "if it's too good to be true it isn't"

Shipment went missing for 3 weeks. Customerservice was very nice but had no sense of urgency to find the package which contained children's Christmas gifts. Their shipping agent, Sendle has no value as they just give the package to USPS but they do not share the post office tracking number so you just have to rely on what they tell you. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and miraculously the package surfaced and was delivered to me next day. I have unsubscribed from email from Untilgone.com and good riddance.

I placed an order with Untilgone. The keychains weren’t what I expected. The company said I could return them if I paid postage and supplied them with a tracking number. The keychains cost$10 plus $1.95 shipping. The return cost with a tracking number would have been $7.55. So I contacted the company again and said it was too expensive to ship with a tracking number. They insisted I have a tracking number.
I mailed the package back at a cost of $2 and wrote the order number in the front of the envelope. Not good enough. Many emails back and forth with the same insistence that I provide a tracking number.
I think I was dealing with an AI customer service representative, or a human who was inept.
I finally gave up. They won. It cost me $14 total and they have the keychains.
Never again. Too many legitimate businesses in this world with great return policies.

They lied about a quantity of shorts I was to receive and even acknowledged their ad was incorrect, refused to refund for items not delivered

I do not appreciate the attitude I got from the agents. All the unnecessary steps I needed to take to resolve. The item was advertised incorrectly and the vendor would not take responsibility. Kept referring to my issue as buyers remorse. Although I was able to return the item, I'm out return shipping charges for falsely advertised merchandise.

Untilgone.com advertises Microsoft Office keys, but the keys cannot be redeemed through Microsoft. You have to go to a random google drive to perform the download, it seems illegitimate and potentially opens your PC up to malware / piracy. They refused to refund my money.

Customer service sent me a new corrected shirt so at least they did that right. So I changed the review but most likely will not shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Shorts did not fit and all I wanted to do was exchange them but they put me through the wringer. Wanted me to measure. Accused me of buyers remorse etc etc. I gave up will donate them and will never shop with them again.

I ordered 3 items only got 2 checked my orders on the app and it said could not order at sale price but they still charged me and said they need shipping receipt which I don’t have why they need that when it was never ordered or shipped

Would not honor their ad. Bought a 4 pack of shorts and it was clearly advertised as a "4-pack". I only received one pair of shorts. When I wrote to their customer service, they said that it was a mistake and it was only for 1. I told them that I never would have bought those shorts for that price. They continued to refuse to send me the other shorts.

I ordered a 4-pack of shorts, but only received 1 pair. Even my shipping label stated that I was supposed to have 4 pairs of shorts inside. Customer support acknowledged the error on their listing, but did not offer any kind of solution - just a half-a**ed apology:

"I’ve just checked with our dedicated team and confirmed that there was an error on our listing. The copywriters unfortunately missed indicating that the shorts are sold either as a 1-pack for $13.99 or a 4-pack for $36.99.

Our team is currently working to correct this on the site. We truly apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused."

This is scammy business behavior.

Edit: I had to ask for my refund/return because it wasn't offered by Taylor. Then, after shipping my return, I received this wonderful email, "You requested an RMA number for your UntilGone.com return. We have not received the return and the return window is closing. If you still want to return your order, please do so within the next 2 days.".

The item was already in their possession.

Hemorrhoids are more pleasant than this experience, but thank your for your kind remarks as I did receive my refund weeks later.

For the record, the appropriate actions from a customer service standpoint would have been to: offer a refund without having to return anything, send the additional 3 pairs of shorts that were advertised, or OFFER the return label with the promise of a refund on delivery. Nothing was offered. I had to ask for it.

Human error on the website isn't the issue here. The overall experience was pitiful.

Do not do business with this company. It’s completely fraudulent.
I ordered an iPad and when it arrived, I opened the box the iPad was completely sealed in plastic . I saw it was not what I wanted or even ordered. I then placed it back in the box UNTOUCHED . I never ripped plastic off to even physically handle it as it was not what I wanted . All within a day of receiving .
When I contacted customer service it’s a run around . They do not want to give you refund at all . They delay ,delay delay so you will go away . First it was they wouldn’t refund w o tracking number . Then after providing that they tried to say it wasn’t received . Again I had to send them Proof of delivery the next day it was let me check with the warehouse guys ?. And the very next day they came up with a new delay tactic they actually had nerve to say I shipped them back a different iPad then what they sent .. that suggestion just shows you how low and unprofessional this so called company is . To actually accuse the buyer of swapping out and giving them another iPad in its place ?
I literally shipped this back untouched and that accusation is not only unfounded but just shows you how dirty they are & . They just make up stuff along way to tire you out & They will do everything to keep your money .. i have no iPad but I still have the insurance I purchased with it too . STAY AWAY u were warned
Iam reporting them to bbb fdic and disputing ny credit card because this company is a complete fraud and I advise everyone to not deal with them .

I ordered what was "clearly" indicated:

After receiving only ONE pair, I contacted customer service with their response:
"I’ve just checked with our dedicated buyer and confirmed that there was an error on our listing. The copywriters unfortunately missed indicating that the shorts are sold either as a 1-pack for $13.99 or a 4-pack for $36.99"
I indicated that I would NOT have purchased this deal based upon the REVISED pricing and expected them to honor their deal... they will not indicating simply:
I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this has caused.

We understand your concern, and you're absolutely right—this was a listing error, and we regret the oversight. The item was incorrectly presented, and we completely understand that you would not have made the purchase had the listing been accurate.

NO REMEDY or "let's make it right"....

Until Gone has been the absolute worst online shopping experience of my entire life! I had an expensive item in my cart, didn't tap or click on it at all, and somehow the order went through! Well, I tried to contact customer service immediately, and for the record this was a PayPal Pay in 4 order so my 1st payment was immediately processed...

Anyway, you cannot call this company directly for customer service! When you call them, you get a recorded message that refers you to email only and further adds that if you leave a message on their voicemail, you will never get a call back! It really says that! Arghhh!

So I finally got someone to respond to my email but the package was already shipped within minutes, however it took them more than 24 hours to respond to my email...

Someone called "Taylor" instructed me to refuse the FedEx delivery through that email message that I received, but I truly tried to reply to that email many times as indicated in said email, and each time I did. I got an email back saying "we've tried to reach you with no response," Thank You, Taylor Customer Support, Until Gone....". The next day I got an email telling me to refuse the FedEx delivery from Taylor but that I would have to pay for a return shipping label!

It was at that point that I reported Until Gone to the Consumer Fair Trade Commission of the United States as they are completely rude, ridiculous and unwilling to assist me at all!

Now I was able to print a return shipping label myself, FedEx picked it up and now it's on the way back to me instead of going to Until Gone! This is an utter fiasco and I will NEVER buy anything from this company again! NEVER!
