This company is absolutely awful
This company is absolutely awful. Claim submitted on 5/24/22 for iPhone 13 pro max and almost 3 months later I am still awaiting for the payout. There was no company including apple that could fix the phone. A replacement had to occur. After 6 weeks I finally received word to get it replaced by they would only provide $599 + tax. Was told once I had a receipt to send it in and a check would be issued within 5-7 business days. That was almost a month ago..still waiting. Terrible company. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

Terrible, bad, horrible claim service.
They pass you to centricity for the item repair, if it needs to be replaced they pass you to bankers insurance.
We have been trying to complete the claim process since July, it’s half point of September
Save your self the frustration and buy the coverage with some one else.

I brought a tv warranty because I heard good things about upsie have not use it yet because my tv is new but having a warranty gives me a peace of mind knowing if anything goes wrong my tv is covered and for a good price.

I just bought a warranty for my Samsung Galaxy fold 4 and while I haven't had to use the warranty yet, but the price was right. It was recommended by a friend of mine who have used them and he said they were great.

Great prices on warranties for products especially compared to others out there. I had a few questions about the warranty I wanted to buy for my LG oled and they responded quickly and were very helpful! I would highly recommend Upsie to my friends and family and anyone that is in the fence about extended warranties, no fine print or surprises when it comes to the coverage which is awesome!

I first purchased a policy when I purchased a weed eater earlier this year. The weed eater broke. I called and the customer service personnel was amazing. She file my claim and I received my money. This past week, I have purchased another policy.

Payment for deductible wasn’t easy.
Well I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t take American Express also not for my master card debit card. for my deductible. Had to borrow my daughter Visa card.
And when I shipped my package I did get a tracking but I can’t get a status on where my repair is it would be great to have a away to check on the repair status the estimated time of return that would be great too.
This is the first time I have ever used a online insurance product for any electronic so I was a little bit skeptic I was hoping that I wasn’t getting scammed. But when this claim is fulfilled I will give another review on how that turned out.
