Bought my wife a bracelet for Christmas, this broke as she went to wear on Christmas day. Contacted the company after the new year but was told as it was now time barred as I'd bought it more than 30 days before. My fault for not reading the t+cs closely. Lesson learned, won't be buying any more of their utter tat

We understand that the bracelet was purchased as a Christmas gift and appreciate how disappointing it must have been to find that it could not be worn as expected.
When you first contacted us, this was almost three weeks after Christmas and at that time it was not mentioned that the bracelet had broken on Christmas Day. We also requested photographic evidence in line with our returns policy so that we could investigate the issue further; however, this was not provided with the claim.
By the time we were informed that the bracelet had broken, the order was unfortunately outside of our 30-day returns period, which applies to all purchases and return reasons.
All of our jewellery is carefully tested and quality-checked prior to dispatch. This bracelet was an adjustable bolo design and both the adjuster and connecting links were thoroughly checked across the full size range before being sent. There was nothing to indicate that the item was faulty or of poor quality.
We are also clear in our product descriptions regarding sizing and if force was applied due to incorrect sizing, we’re regrettably unable to accept responsibility for damage caused in this way. This would be no different to any other businesses T&Cs.

Beautiful Quality Jewellery
Good quality jewellery, I purchased a matching 18ct gold plated jewellery set with pink stones - ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and fantastic value. I also Especially loved the attention to detail with the packaging - I find a lot of online jewellery shops just send items in clear poly bags, this company still gives you the traditional jewellery boxes with each product, just like if you purchased from a physical jewellery shop.
