Scammers. I'll update with further details after I'm done with a legal issue. Until then, don't make my mistake and please avoid. They lie, they steal, they do not have an office, and they take zero responsibility.

I notified Urban Spaces that the window door in my living room had an issue. The 1st notification took place at the beginning of September and till mid November the window door hasn't been fixed. The issue with the window door resulted in the cold wind and temperature coming into the flat and in October and the first 15 days of November I cannot stay in the living room I am paying due to cold. On that way they enforced me to find a new flat and once I served my notice, they started running to fix the door but not a word for reimbursing for the extra heating costs or for adjustment on the rent. The reason for Urban Space's denial of any type of compensation was that the house was fit for purpose and was meeting the standard living criteria. They didn't even want to pay for a professional cleaning to assist with the whole inconvenience.
