I have been a very satisfied shopper for years. Another great recent experience. Contacted with question and received a detailed and prompt response which allowed me to make a purchase. Company was accommodating with preferred shipping method. Product was high quality and fit was exactly what they recommended. Great product, immediate availability, quick shipping, and great customer service.
My first order was sent with a substitute for an item that was out of stock (without checking with me). I had to ask for the original item to be resent which was sent in a packaging marked large but the inside item was xl. This is not the first time this happened.

While the wrong item was initially shipped, as soon as you contacted us, we immediately arranged for the correct jockstrap to be sent at no additional cost and invited you to keep the briefs that were received in error.

This was a fulfillment error, and our team took immediate action to correct the situation once it was brought to our attention.
