If I could rate a negative 10 I would.
I have just orrdered what I thought was a 10 and then an 8 and BOTH separate orders for the same two dresses 'confirmed' in an email that it was a size 12 that was being shipped.
Their Whatsapp robo response indicated I had to return and re-order but both times their order defaulted to a size 12. I'm now $400+ out of pocket and will presumably have to mail back at my own cost. DO NOT order from Boohoo US.

Wrong Size, Bad Customer Service

They sent me the wrong size and I provided all of the information they needed and they still have not resolved the issue and it's been over a month and a half. Quality is also bad, I would avoid

Seen add for drone looked great

Seen add for drone looked great… price awesome . Add shows great controller screen for over head videos and photos and plastic case… received a Much smaller version …not the same controller and not a plastic case…. Totally disappointed Scamed big time on this item…. Never again

I refunded 3 items (2 were boohoo and 1 was AX Paris) boohoo sent me an email 11th june saying they got the returns and will be actioning the refund. Now it's 18th June and still no refund. I was made to send the other item to AX paris and that's been the biggest nightmare as there's no contact to any of these retailers about getting my refund back to klarna ! Avoid this company it's changed over the years and used to be great

Ordered a few items from Boohoo

Ordered a few items from Boohoo, Jacket which I saw online initially was not sure if the quality would be good due to the low cost, jeans plus 2 jumpers. I was super impressed by the quality and fit - will be shopping again.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. One of the dresses I ordered came with a tear to the front of the dress. The other two were way too big. Tried to make a return and the site keeps saying error when trying to download the label. Do give any money to this business.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Ordered my package 11/29 was supposed to be delivered 12/8. Contacted boohoo via facebook messenger 12/10 was told to wait for package until 12/19. Contacted them on 12/18 to let them know nothing had come. They told me to wait until 12/20. I told them no I would wait until 12/19. On the 19th I reached out again and now they’re telling me to wait until 1/5/2025!!! I told them no and got another response saying to wait until the 6th!!!! I don’t know if I’m talking to a bot or truly someone who doesn’t care. I showed them all the screenshots of the messages of THEM telling me to wait and me complying and it didn’t work. I asked them to just refund my order and if it was delivered I would send it back with a prepaid label but still nothing. Hands down the worst experience ever and I still haven’t received my items. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

Poor quality, refund nightmare - delays, hidden fees, zero accountability

I ordered 4 items, but when they arrived, I was disappointed by their quality and applied for a refund. This company has an unusually long 30-day refund policy, which I patiently waited out. However, after 30 days, the refund still hadn’t been processed.

A few days ago, I received a message stating that the refund would only begin processing on the 15th of December—with no apologies or compensation for the delay. On top of that, I was informed it would take an additional one to two weeks for the refund to reach my account. Reading reviews from other customers, I noticed a pattern: some experienced the same delay, and it reportedly took another month after that to receive their money.

On top of everything, be aware that this company charges you for both the return shipping and the return itself, deducting these fees from the refund.

This has been a terrible experience, and I will never shop here again. I strongly urge others to avoid this company.

Also when I tried to email them from their website,it kept saying wrong order number,even though I copy pasted it from the email they sent. STAY AWAY!

If i could give a zeroooo star to this company i would.
1st time ordering from them. Most of the items were big so i returned 7 items out of 11. I returned all the items in the same parcel.
To my surprise they refunded 3 out of 7 items ( the cheapest items). Claiming that they only received 3 items. Wich was absolutely false cause i returned 7 items.
I have beeing shopping online for more than15 years and ive never had an similar experience. They are refusing to refund me the rest of the items. Wich is not acceptable.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THAT STORE ....READ OTHER REVIEWS
THEY ALWAYS FIND AN EXCUSE ON NOT TO ISSUE FULL REFUNDS.

I have ordered a dress in the start of…

I have ordered a dress in the start of the april, today is the middle of June and I still haven’t received my order. Most likely it’s post office fault, however I have reached costumer service 3 times, asked if I can get resend my order or get the refund, every time I get the same answer- wait 2-3 weeks more and contact them again. Have no idea where my order is and when all of this circus is will come to conclusion, but for sure I won’t order from them again.

Best, Fastest Return Policy Ever

I ordered men's cotton underwear from Boohoo. Unfortunately they shrank after I washed them in hot water. I sent a picture and they refunded my money within 12 hours of my first communication which was on a Saturday.

This is the best return policy I have ever experienced. I will order from them again.

Customer service is rubbish take days…

Customer service is rubbish take days to get back to your messages. I paid for next day delivery and 7 days later still waiting. I asked for a refund for the shocking delivery service and all they said was tell they will give me free delivery code. I think that I should get my money back. As i paid for a service that I didn't get

A mediocre service

A mediocre service. Shipping, garment designs and styles, customer services and returns are very good. Shame about quality control though. It really let's them down. There's no point ordering nice clothes if you can't wear them. So I ordered three times, and each time I was sent faulty clothing amongst the lot I ordered. So out of 4 dresses in each order, I can only ever keep one at best. So I will not be ordering from them again. Because it's becoming a tiresome pattern. And they are smart because when you order from boohoo.com, the parcel can come from bohooman.So bad reviews are not reflected properly. I choose to review here because, as usual, I ordered from boohoo.com even though this time the parcel came from boohooman.com Regardless all the other parcels came from boohoo.com. So who do you review? I wouldn't recommend them.

Eurgh…

I received the wrong shirt and multiple items incorrectly sized. Waiting ages for a response via message from customer services and I’m having to wait/post these incorrect items back. It’s not even a case that I changed my mind and didn’t want them, they were sent to me wrong!! Passed from agent to agent with scripted answers. Whyyyyy…

I’ve been waiting for a parcel and…

I’ve been waiting for a parcel and there is no update on hermes but boohoo are still adamant I have to wait till 8pm to see if it will be delivered even though there is no confirmation to say it is out for delivery today. I’ve been chasing this same parcel for days and they do not help or even try to call the courier. Absolutely horrendous service and company - will be ordering from anywhere but here. I will also be writing reviews every day until my situation has been resolved.
