Ordered a product incorrectly, my fault wanted to return it for an exchange no can do said the company. I would be cautious ordering from them.

Bought custom made car mats for mazda cx5 £150 but do not fit! After several email attempts to contact went through PayPal who decided not to go in our favour saying they provided goods similar to what we ordered! Very let down. We did hear suddenly from company asking us to drop refund request and give them a contact number and time to call but a month later still have not called us. Just spent 2hrs on live chat hoping to speak with someone but have given up as they haven't answered. So frustrated. We cant even sell them on as they don't fit make/model. STEER WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company! Ordered away cover and it didn’t fit. I called to return it and they said I need to pay for shipping. I disputed charge from my card and got my refund. I will be reporting this business in the business bureau they are Scammers!

They don’t warrant there own work want buyer to eat the return cost for unusable products and mismade products and have terrible customer service never buy anything From them

The steering wheel cover I ordered was literally falling off and moving freely within a week. I have been going back and forth trying to get a refund each time I send the video I am told they cannot view it. I wish I could post it here but will post it to their ads on Facebook. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read reviews prior to placing an order. They even charge a fee for replacement and do everything not to honor it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This company's a piece of shit. They lie and steal. I ordered a car cover by accident two days later I emailed the company explaining I ordered the covers by accident and that I will refuse the package so it can be sent back but for a week they tried to pressure me into keeping the car cover. For a week I had to keep explaining I don't need it,!I don't want it. I have a garage. I take the unopened Car cover back to FedEx to be returned and here three weeks later their lying saying they never received the package and I won't get a refund. So now I see why their ratings are so low, obviously they've been screwing over others as well.

Very low quality, sent the wrong color, doesn’t fit my car Honda Civic 2024, came from China when it’s called USA seat cover, I’m just as confused as you, and the logo was not added.

Junk products that take 3-4 weeks to arrive from China! I recommend you order products from Amazon this way you’ll get them quicker and can return the product and receive a full refund within 1-2 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM USA SEAT COVER!

1. The seat covers do not fit as advertised (example, I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and the fit of the seat covers (especially the bottom seat covers, both front/back) is COMICALLY terrible.
2. The return process is ridiculous. After I re-packed everything for return (having spent hours trying to fit the covers on my car seats), the team wanted me to unpack, reinstall them, and take photos.
3. The instructions were awful; they were color photos of dark grey seat covers so it was very difficult to see how to install the covers.

Ordered bottom seat cover for my High Country, within a month the seat cover began to tear. I didnt expect them to last as long as the original (250,000 miles) but I did expect it to last a little while. I always use the running board to step in and out to prevent sliding off the seat. Their products are junk. Feel ripped off.

My experience with USA Seat Cover was a total loss. I ordered supposedly custom-fit seat covers for my 2024 Acura ZDX, but what arrived was a product that didn't fit at all.

When I tried to get a refund through PayPal, the vendor's demands were absurd: withdraw the claim, send photos of the installed product, and pay to ship the item all the way to China. On top of that, their 15-day return policy is intentionally difficult to comply with.

Ultimately, the company's process seems designed to ensure you miss the return deadline and give up on your claim. My advice to anyone considering this vendor is to look elsewhere.

Floor mats showed up torn and that offered 16 dollor refund cause I didn't video myself opening box. Worst customer service I have felt with in years, poor craftsmanship and material. Don't order from this place.

They didn’t fit my car
They REFUSED to let me return them I paid $108 they gave me $11 credit. DO Not order from them they are NOT an American company

The company does not send you the product as pictured or the one in the pictures. Furthermore, the product arrives damaged. Rather than replace the product or offer help. They say the product still works and then they begin to ignore your emails. Don't order from this company.

This company is not user friendly and the material that they use for floor mats look and feel like seat covers. The also supply you with velcro tabs to hold the mats down. After several attempts to get a return, which was always replied with generic response I just turned it over to my credit card company. Save your time and money and stay away from this company

I wish I came here before I ordered their black "Jackie" floor mats. The product that arrived looked completely different and they refused to return. Never buy from these guys and watch out for their IG advertisements.

Rip off...product came late, product looks nothing like the video. strict return policy, within 15 days, return to China, very complicated instructions... Unbelievable fraud of a company. I will just eat this one... Life is too short to engage in a return. They should be investigated!

Does anyone know how to start a class action lawsuit suit against these arse holes? I haven’t even received mine yet and it has been a good month. I can’t find a purchase order and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. When I dial the number it automatically hangs up 🤬😡
