USA summer camp has been amazing through the whole experience, I’ve got my visa appointment all booked and they’ve been really helpful with any queries I’ve had.

At first I was really wary of USASummerCamp because of other reviews, but I took the risk and paid upfront. Now I have my visa ready to go, and I’m already making friends to fly out to Pennsylvania with! The team have been super helpful with the process - providing guides and steps, regular email reminders to help you stay on track, and calls/texts to check in every now and again to ensure you aren’t confused or behind. The process has been smooth sailing, and I will definitely be coming back again! I can’t wait for the summer, and I’ll be sure to leave another review on how it went!

USA summer camp have been nothing short of fantastic with assisting me in finding work for this summer. Every single member of staff I have spoken to have been exceptionally friendly, informative and generous with their time. USA Summer Camp have been excellent in helping me find a camp and also preparing me for camp. They have always replied very quickly to any of my questions/concerns and have been very helpful with guiding me around on what to do. Would highly recommend this agency if you are thinking on going to a camp this summer.

That they always looked after me gave me help when I needed it getting me placed is amazing and I’m looking forward to it they are all so friendly to talk to listen to my questions and answering them if I was unsure about anything

USA Summer camps are a pleasure to work with they are so helpful, reassuring and very active when it comes to communicating via email or the phone. From the first phone call they had me sold on this experience they were so positive and insightful on this entire experience. They helped me throughout this entire experience whether it was from preparing for the interviews with my camp or with the embassy. They were with me every step of the way . 10/10 recommend. The only issue would have been I felt a bit lost filling out my documentation for the visa but that was partially my own fault as I didn’t ask for help. Finally what’s left to say is what is stopping you go push yourself and challenge yourself and I promise you will not regret doing it . The best summer ever awaits. New friends and a lifetime of experiences . Just do not let that little inner voice take over and go for it !!

Thanks to USA Summer Camp I had best summer of my life! I was supported by USA Summer Camp during the entire process from the initial phone call to attending my embassy interview to arriving in America. All staff are a pleasure to talk to and checked in constantly during the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to go to camp, you will truly have the most amazing summer. Thanks to them, I can’t wait to go back to camp next summer and reunite with all the amazing people I met and the campers!

Best summer of my life really do recommend signing up to do this it as been life changing for me. This was the best decision of my
Life to do and will be forever grateful of usa summer camp through helping me through the process to do this. I also won counselor of the month which was a great honour for me

Generally good with communication, certainly felt like I could reach them whenever I needed. They were also good for reminders of important dates. Went quiet for a period over covid, which was to be expected, but left things a little up in the air.

Just finishing up my second summer at camp, wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing company! The passion they have for camp is infectious and working at a summer camp in America is an experience everyone should have!

I couldn’t recommend USA summer camp highly enough. They were so helpful throughout the whole application. Thanks to them, I went to a Camp in New York for 2 summers and had the best time of my life. I had lots of questions before going to Camp and they were so quick and efficient in answering them. I’m really grateful to all the staff for being so helpful and giving me two amazing summers. If you are planning going to Camp, I would strongly recommend going through them.

USA Summer Camp gave me the best summer of my life! The easy process from an initial phone call to making sure I arrived at camp in America safely. Truly can't be more thankful for all the hard work the staff have done for me. Big shout out to Kieran for helping me with the application process. Can't wait to return again next year!

USA Summercamp were really easy to deal with, they sorted everything for me and made the process really smooth. I can’t wait to go again next year.

This review is based on my daughter and the way this company has treated her. I truly wish she had never contacted this company. She had always talked about taking part in a camp in America and when her university supplied her with details of this company then she decided to go for it. The truth is this company is just after your money. She had a telephone call where she discussed basic details and she was convinced to pay a £50 deposit towards her application. She then said she wanted to talk about the various payment options available to her so another telephone appointment was booked a week later to discuss the various payment choices however the company never called her. Then they started to take money from her account using the card she paid the deposit on without her knowledge, when trying to call the company about this no one answered. She then sent them an email which she did get a response to saying it was all her fault and she had signed an agreement - she hasn’t signed anything!! She’s had to freeze her bank card to stop them taking anymore money. She’s asked for a full refund but surprise surprise apparently no refunds! My daughter may have lost £150 but at least she didn’t make the mistake of ending up in America with this company who I truly believe would have abandoned her there once they got their money.

Avoid. If like me you are a parent you should encourage your son daughter to avoid this company. My 18 year old son went to work at a summer camp in New York State as a camp councillor. He lost is luggage in transit from the airport and Camp USA did nothing to help. He was placed in a camp where 40% of the kids had suffered either physical or sexual abuse. Despite this he loved working with these kids. That was until they took his phone off him for using the broadband. There was no phone signal at the camp. His mother is very poorly at present and it was important that he could keep close contact with his family. Despite this they refused to give his phone back. We offered a donation to cover the broadband cost and provide a charitable donation for the work they do with the kids. They refused. His only option was for him to leave early. They provide no duty of care to their camp workers whatsoever. Pure exploitation. Camp USA now want to charge him $250 for early termination fee.

These guys made a really daunting process a lot easier, got to camp with no trouble and am enjoying it so far :)
