Terrible company to deal with for a refund. They charged me $40 for one form when I cancelled after only one day. They make it look like it's $8 a month but they charge you for a full year upfront.

Not only did they have all the templates I would need for consulting with other business genres with a very wide, state specific bandwidth, but the one price per month is extremely reasonable and attractive.

Using the template as a jumping off point, saves hours of employee time, and helps to avoid missing standard protection clauses. Download is immediate and in several formats. Flows in to Adobe for online signatures when necessary. There are no long term commitments.

This is a horrible website low quality and bad customer service as soon as I bought it I wanted a refund. Didn't get it.

UPDATE:
Yes, I was told that a full refund would be processed.
However, it seems that it wasn't going to happen until I mentioned Trustpilot and BBB and that the reviews said the same thing. If a person does not really push, then they may just give up and get a partial refund. I still think it is a very shady way to do business. The description, obviously has been a problem for years. Fix the description! (Oh, but why fix it when you get many people to pay that won't fight for the refund.)

I, like many other people, signed up thinking it would be $15.00 payment a month and after a month I could cancel. Instead they CHARGED me an annual fee of $180.00

IMMEDIATELY, I contacted the customer service. I was told "If you sign up for a monthly plan, will be billed $59./month". No where was there mention of $59.00 /month. Then was told that they can change my subscription to a one-month subscription MONDAY and issue a partial refund of $121.

When I responded to Sandy in Customer Service the only response was "We do not offer a subscription for $15"

In looking at review on Trust Pilot as well as the Better Business Bureau, I was one of MANY. Some signed up and it was $8.00 a month at that time. I guess they have gone up on prices.
