Stopped working after a few uses.

This product seems great in the beginning, however, stopped working on my skin after only a few uses. It is disappointing that the FB page purposely deletes any negative reviews, meaning that there is not an accurate representation of the product. In the future I will not be repurchasing this item.

I had delivery which was damaged did leaking, I emailed customer services who were amazing and organised a replacement within 2 days. Excellent! I love your products, thank you!

First time trying utan and I bought the face mist. I had a wee problem with delivery but contacted customer service and it was sorted quickly.
I would totally recommend being able to have a glowing tan in winter. Makes you feel great!

Amazing Products and First Class Customer Service!
I've used Utan in the past several times bought in store. The sprays goes on well and both the lavender and calendula smell amazing. Always gives good coverage and results and not sticky. Don't be afraid to try the 50% Darker even with light Caucasian skin as you can build to your desired effect.
I ordered direct from site on this recent purchase and one of the bottles had a slight fault and was leaking. The lovely Adia from Customer Service responded to my email in 10 mins and by a few exchanges later she had confirmed sending a replacement and offering a higher discount code on my next purchase. Just simply wonder Customer Care.
It's companies like this that really shine and give a warm (and beautifully tanned) glow to its customers.

As a redhead with very pale skin and an allergy to DHA, I have tried every fake tan known to mankind - and I even react to some supposed DHA-free tanners! This is an absolute game-changer. I was googling (for the millionth time) DHA-free tanners and this popped up. As I'm in NZ and it ships from the UK it certainly isn't cheap, but when you have lily-white legs anything is worth a shot! I started using it last week, it took about 3 applications before I noticed a difference, however, now my lily-white legs have an acceptable level of tan - and it doesn't look fake. I have had absolutely no reaction to the product at all - which is just fantastic. I will obviously continue to use this and recommend it to anyone who has reactions to DHA. It's the best.

The CBD face tan is the only one i have used for years and would never touch anything else. Please stock somewhere more accessible like Boots!

Secondly wow wow wow I love the products every one of them will be sticking to tan from now on and 100% recommending them no other product comes close and I’ve used them all I’m sure .

Not a great first impression. (Turbo mousse) The tan itself dries out on your skin seconds after application, and the reason this is a negative is because if need to blend out any patches or fix some areas it’s extremely difficult to do so. Secondly, the mitt that was provided started to disintegrate onto my skin during my first use of it. I ended up having to brush over my skin to get lumps of black material off me which added another 10 minutes onto the application process. The tan itself was really patchy on me, I never have this issue with self tanners. I also purchased the face mist as a package with the mousse… first application of this absolutely drenched my face and the spray didn’t spray straight, I had it pointed towards my face and it managed to drench my arm in tanning mist which meant I had to go back and retan that entire arm to ensure it wouldn’t end up patchy… I wouldn’t trust the reviews on their website. I usually use St Tropez with no issues. The whole process took me over an hour to make sure I wouldn’t end up with a patchy tan. Just wanted to try something new but completely regret spending £50+ on these products!

I ordered a bottle of Total Glow DHA Free Mylk through Amazon (NOT from Utan directly)…big mistake. When it arrived it was the colour of builders tea. I reached out to Utan themselves to ask for their advice. My skin is so sensitive to tanning products, I didn’t want to risk it being out of date or a cheap fake. I received an email from their customer service team, asking for photos so they could make an informed decision. I did this and the reply was that it looked as though it had possibly been stored incorrectly, in or near heat, instead of correctly being in a cool dry place. I thanked them for their advice and I was totally surprised by a return email saying that as a gesture of goodwill they would send me a replacement, even though I had not purchased directly from themselves. A massive thank you to Adia at Utan Customer Service for being ao kind, what a great company! It restores faith that there are still some good people out there.

This stuff is AMAZING! I was a skeptic I must admit. And I will say that as an inexperienced tanner I am still perfecting but this stuff is a revelation….no faff no showering off, super quick and utterly….I’m kinda gobsmacked to be honest. Was not expecting this to live up to the hype but it does. But buy some, you’ll see!

I’ve been buying tan and the tanning water face spray from utan for about 4 years. I’ll continue to do so until something blows them out of the water because in my eyes, the product is unbeatable. I can’t stand the usual smell of tan, but the cherry and bermagot scents both make having tan on so much nicer. The colour as well is very natural and never goes green. The tanning water - I will never ever go without. It leaves the most flawless natural glow, never patchy and so easy to use. It’s also definitely helped my skin when I’ve had breakouts. I recently had to contact customer service as I realised a bottle of tanning water I had been sent was faulty (bearing in mind as well the order was from a few months ago as I always have a tanning water on standby). Adia from the team responded SO quickly and immediately sent a replacement, including the tracking details so I can look out for it. Stellar customer service and absolutely why I will go back to utan again and again, so thanks so much to Adia!

I've been looking for a self tan product that doesn't contain DHA for years. I'm allergic to it, even the organic/natural version. I had pretty much given up but have been using Utan DHA free Total Glow on legs and arms for the last week and am delighted, so far so good, no rash or itching!! The smell of the product is mild/innocuous and the results are great, a nice glow. Not sure how deep the tan will develop as it seems to be intended for enhancing a tan from some sun exposure, which I have to avoid due to previous malignant melanoma, but very happy with the colour anyway. Easy to apply, just spray on and it dries very quickly, no faff (I can't be doing with mitts etc, just spray direct and rub in with hands). Very happy with the product and the very prompt and helpful service from Utan when I emailed with various queries.

I received my purchase within a couple of days, packaged well and also a lovely free gift with the bundle I purchased.

There was a slight problem with the pump of my mousse and I left my details for somebody to get in touch. I spoke with Amelia who was so helpful and it really is refreshing to receive top customer service!

If I could give 10 stars I would.
Delivery took some time, due to Royal Mail strikes.
One of the products arrived damaged, my replacement was sent to me instantly and the customer service was just brilliant.
