I’m using the Enhanced Tan Gummies for a month now and the first 2 weeks I already saw a little glow on my skin. This past week I saw the fantastic effect of this because I sunbathed for an hour everyday and didn’t get red as before. Of course I’m not dark tanned because my skin in fair light but I see the gold glow and my legs are so beautiful. I tried to take fotos to post but doesn’t show very well the colour. Other thing I like so much is the tasty. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my Jamie Genevieve facial tanning water. It goes on so light and evenly and smells divine!
Also customer support are super friendly and efficient. I won't be buying any other tanner from now on.

I have used my fair share of tanning products as I am a red head with pale skin so tanning is a way of life for me. I am blown away by the results!!
The smell alone is a winner for me, so beaut & once tan is dry it’s literally odourless.
Went on with ease, the mitt is amazing and with space to put your thumb in you can get into those tough spots like ankles and fingers.
I also found there was minimal transfer marks onto clothes & bedding, no more orange sheets!!
The tanning water smells amazing also & I am now making that part of my daily skin routine to keep a nice glow about my face.
I am absolutely SOLD!! The fact this tan comes in not 1 but 2 lush scents is phenomenal! I used the bergamot & candeluna & it smells like shaving foam, fresh & musky all at the same time!! I can’t wait to order the cherry to see what that ones like.

Well where do I start... on opening up this product, you get a lovely smell of Cherry Almond, so much better than that awful self tan smell. You only need a small amount of foam as it goes along way. You will need a mitt to apply. It gives a constant colour so you know if you've missed any parts of your body. Dries quickly too which is a bonus. I love this product, it will be my go to product for that amazing Mediterranean glow

Very poor customer service.

Ordered an item as next day delivery as it was required in a rush. Order was placed at 7am so well before the cut off time.

Didn't arrive the next day and after chasing them on Facebook, by email and finally on instagram they blamed it on Royal Mail and didn't seem very concerned.

They don't have a phone number to contact them so was stuck waiting on a social media reply.

I paid £5.99 for next day delivery and was offered a £2 refund, not the full delivery cost!

I contacted Royal Mail who advised the delivery method used wasn't a guaranteed next day service, especially not at this time of year and the 24 hour is only an estimate.

Utan were also already aware Royal Mail are experiencing delays with a lot of orders at the moment and mentioned it several times in their reply yet knowing this they didn't change their next day orders to the guaranteed service.

If you are offering a next day service you should be using a guaranteed next day service or changing the delivery option to express instead.

The item didn't arrive on time and I've missed using it for the night out I purchased it for. Can't return the item as it hasn't been delivered yet but they don't accept returns anyway.
