My experience with Utility Outlet has been extremely disappointing. I was signed up with an electricity provider through them, and my new rate ended up being nearly 10 times higher than what I was previously paying. I feel completely misled about what I was agreeing to.

What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t adjust or fix the contract directly with the electric provider I have to go through this company. Unfortunately, they are incredibly difficult to reach. Calls go unanswered, and getting any real assistance has been nearly impossible.

I feel stuck in an overpriced contract with no support. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to read every detail carefully and think twice before signing anything.

Great help by crystal on the phone

Crystal was great, speedy, straightforward - good prices - recommended if you want it keeping simple.

The most horrible and untrustworthy company! They put me in mess with their lies! It's easy to be reached by them, but difficult to contact them back! Nobody respond on email and their phone is monitoring only by computer! Don't deal with them and don't trust them they are 'Fraud team.' If someone hear this name, 'Utility Outlet' just hung the phone!

Gas and electricity was sorted today my crystal very helpful

Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum, wouldnt even give them that if i could. Joel was supposed to move all three of my meters. Instead he only did 2. The 1 meter he didnt do, I was out of contract with. Now ended up with a massive bill, when i thought it was all sorted.Have sent emails, tried calling them, all with no reply. Taking this to the energy ombudsman as this company needs to be shut down
