Could do better
Happy with the price for the dog food we ordered, but were not notified regarding the delivery and had to ask for the information.
Also no information from courier regarding delivery.

I placed an order for Barkingheads big…
I placed an order for Barkingheads big foot adult dog food. Paid for it not long after they said they didn’t have this food. They offered me a refund or they had another Barkingheads in stock, I accepted the offer, wish I hadn’t have done. It was so mixed up with this company. Very frustrating I’d never order from this company again.

I hope you are well, and I’m really sorry that you felt frustrated with your experience. However, I would like to clarify the situation to keep things transparent.
After you placed your order for the Barking Heads Big Foot Adult Dog Food, we discovered that the item was unfortunately out of stock. We contacted you promptly and offered two options: a full refund, or an alternative Barking Heads product that we did have available. The alternative we offered actually costs more than the item you originally purchased, but we were happy to provide it at no extra cost. You kindly agreed to proceed with this option.
Before the order was dispatched, we also informed you that the delivery would arrive on Saturday, and the parcel was delivered on the Saturday as advised.
From our side, we did our best to resolve the stock issue quickly, offered a higher-value replacement, and ensured the order arrived within the timeframe stated. For this reason, we’re a little surprised by the 1-star rating, as we genuinely tried to help and ensure you still received your dog food without delay.
That said, we do appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations.

Ordered 10 days ago. No delivery or tracking information given. Contacted them. They finally sent it and gave me tracking number. A couple hours later they cancelled my order, apparently by my request. They don't know what they are doing. Useless.

Your order was dispatched and tracking details were provided once it left us. Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged in transit and was returned to us by the courier. We did reach out to explain the situation at the time, but as we didn’t receive a response, we issued a full refund to ensure you weren’t left waiting any longer.
We completely understand how this may have looked from your side, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused. If you would still like the item, we’d be more than happy to assist you with placing a new order or resolving this directly.
