Dear Katie, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Your parcel was unfortunately lost in transit by DHL, and we provided the DHL tracking information throughout the process so you could monitor the delivery updates directly. Once DHL confirmed to us that the parcel had been lost in transit, we immediately issued a full refund.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation was, especially when it involved your dog’s food, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand your frustration regarding where the parcel was left and the lack of delivery notification. Delivery instructions and parcel placement are handled by the courier, but we appreciate this is disappointing and not the experience we want for our customers.
Please contact our support team directly so we can look into this further with the courier and help address your concerns. We value your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
