V4 Wood Flooring Avis

We visited the showroom today. The selection on view and the method of display is the best that we have seen. This was complemented by a very knowledgeable, helpful and patient representative. Altogether a great experience.

Very impressive, gallery-style showroom with a great luxe wood flooring range. Useful to have adjustable light settings as well to view the products in your preferred lighting. Great customer service from Jon. Worth a visit.

Easy, efficient and friendly service, we would highly recommend visiting the warehouse too

Emailed V4 several times with questions to do with underfloor heating we had installed under their flooring, and cleaning and maintenance. Replies were very prompt, thorough and informative. Our floors looks amazing! Their Customer Service is superb!

The V4 showroom is impressive and certainly worth a visit. John was on hand to show me the range of flooring and his advice which was sound. If you are looking for honest and trustworthy guidance then stop by for a visit

Excellent showroom- Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found pretty much exactly what we needed and Jon put us in touch with som people who could supply and fit, so worked out perfectly.

WE had been looking for flooring for a number of months and came across Jon Avenell at V4 Wood Flooring, Jon is a great person, very customer focus and, not once did he try to force us into making a rushed decision. We went there couple of times and corresponded via email and phone calls many a times. Finally when we went there for the final time we spent many hours, he was very patient, accommodating and guiding us, we left feeling really well looked after and achieved our goal of getting the right flooring.
We bought our flooring from V4 wood flooring via one of their recommended suppliers and Jon had been instrumental in our decision making process, A BIG THANK to JON, an excellent customer focused individual.

Really great showroom with all V4 flooring options to see in large displays. Richard and the staff very helpful and offered lots of advice. Was definitely worth the long drive!

welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to the project

Really great personal service from the team at V4 Wood Flooring. We are exploring getting engineered wood flooring for our new flat in London and staff were really knowledgable and answered all our questions and took the time to explain different options and the after care each type of floor will require. The showroom is amazing and very easy to get to from Woking station as we travelled up from London.

Amazing showroom and spoilt for choice with the huge range of quality wood flooring. Service is outstanding (great coffee!) and the help and advice was much appreciated.

The showroom has the most amazing selection of wooden flooring in a wonderfully modern industrial style building. Richard was very helpful talking with such knowledge on the range of products available. I especially loved the coffee and homemade cake while I soaked up all the information as well!! For those wanting a real look at what their floor could look like, then a visit here is a must before purchasing. Thanks! Jenny

I visited the V4 showroom looking for flooring for our lounge area. I cannot fault anything about the experience from the attentive staff, the modern showroom, the speedy delivery and the quality of the product itself. I'm so pleased that we used V4.

Visited the showroom last week and had a really great experience. Very attentive and patient staff, didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. Excited about our amazing new floor!

As a tradesman of in excess of 20 years it is my pleasure to say that I have been happily using V4 Wood Flooring products for the majority of these years. Their product range is wide & varied, their prices always remain competitive even through difficult times & their staff support is always exceptional & supportive. Great products with fantastic sampling service

I adore my V4 Walnut parquet flooring. Ryan at JayPark flooring was extremely helpful and very professional. I have recommended to all my friends.

V4 were recommended to us by our local flooring company . There was so much to choose from so Richard at V4 gave us his expert advice and guidance to help us narrow down our choice and we came away with some free samples. Thanks for your patience Richard. We would highly recommend them .

We’ve been undecided on which wood floor to go for since we started looking back in June. With our completion date for our new build now 3 weeks away we really needed to make a decision so coinciding with a trip to London for something else we visited their showroom. It was really helpful to see see such large samples. And has really helped us make a decision we have a winner!

Great customer service - staff friendly, listened very well to understand what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable.
