V4 Wood Flooring Avis

Fantastic showroom with extensive selection of flooring to choose from in a very friendly and helpful environment.
The staff are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with clear advice without feeling anyway pressured.
We would highly recommend a visit to V4 showroom.

I work with V4 Wood Flooring a lot, supplying and installing their wood.
Our customers are always over the moon with their product.
I love the brand, quality, service and range of designs.

An excellent showroom with excellent service. Starting with the garden , this place is all about design inspiration coupled with polite, knowledgeable and efficient service and super guest favourites inc pod coffees and nice biscuits! Important to get the details right! Great layout and ease of viewing multiple wood types, overall a great experience. Worth the M25 agro

Absolutely stunning show room, perfect to pick out your floor. The staff are lovely and very knowledgable.

Fantastic service from start to finish and the flooring is a different level to any others in the market, If you can visit the show room it is a thing of beauty.

The large display in the show room is a very helpful! Jon's advise was excellent and I found the flooring I like. Thank you so much.

We are awaiting a quotation from a contractor but having shown us a small sample of wood flooring he recommended that we visited the V4 showroom. It is a beautiful modern building tucked away in the Surrey countryside and has a superb selection of dozens of different floors arranged in large vertical and horizontal panels so that as a customer you can get a really good idea of how a laid floor would look.
It is there as a service to builders/contractors so there is no high pressure selling, just a really helpful and enthusiastic manager who took the time and trouble to explain the different finishes and guide us towards a choice we were happy with. We left with a couple of samples and a comprehensive glossy brochure.
Strongly suggest visiting if you are contemplating a wood floor.
They also have a great website if you want to check first before you visit

We ended up at the V4 showroom (which is actually where wholesalers go to do their 'shopping') and Jon was very very helpful telling us all about what we need to look for in a floor and gave us ideas on how to address the creaking.
The showroom itself was excellent and it was so easy to look at different finishes. There was also a large version of all the smaller samples available to see which allowed us to picture how it would actually look on a larger scale. We then put it on the floor and looked at it in different lights.
We are so happy that we 'landed' at V4 flooring today and can't wait to complete on our house purchase so we can get these floors in!

We are absolutely delighted with our new floor which we've laid throughout the house. It exceeds our expectations both in looks and quality. I would highly recommend V4.

Have recently purchased laminate flooring from V4 and their expert advise given throughout simply cannot be beaten. All samples arrived promptly (along with sweets) as did the flooring itself. The quality is second to none. The customer service received by Richard was simply superb. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from start to finish! Cannot speak highly enough of the staff who work at V4, they are polite conscientious! There product knowledge is always very good, and I will always recommend them to my clients & friends every time, they always go above & beyond to help you if they can.

Great experience throughout our visit of their showroom. Jon welcomed us, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating during our visit. It really made a difference to our experience and made it feel that little bit more personal. Thanks Jon!

Beautiful Showroom. Lots of choice. So inviting!!
Jon was very helpful & friendly. Really haven't seen any Showroom like it.

We visited the showroom on 3 April 2023 and were helped greatly by Jon who was very friendly and knowledgable. Having chosen our floor he found our best supply option and in no time we were all set for delivery. The showroom itself is excellent and well worth visiting for the wide range of sample floors, especially the very large samples which really help visualise the product. I would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom and extra thanks again to Jon, I cant recommend him highly enough.

V4 came recommended from a building designer and we weren’t disappointed when we visited the cool new showroom in Horsell, Woking. Jon Avenell couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. We’re still deliberating as to which parquet to go for, but impressed so far with service and the quality of the products.

What a find!! V4 came recommended and we were super impressed with the showroom. Beautiful space, fantastic choice and excellent customer service from Lucy. Lucy was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, tea and coffee offer Mrs upon our arrival was a lovely touch. Great displays that are very helpful .
Jon was extremely helpful indeed

The best customer service I received in the course of a very stressful 18 month renovation product. The team went above and beyond for my challenging requirement. Great quality product which looks beautiful in our home.

What a great showroom and a perfect way to see the many options available. Jon was very knowledgeable and helped us with samples, helping us make our decision with no pressure. It is well worth the journey to see the many options.

Speedy response same day. No nonsense reply regarding stock availability and delivery.
