Poor Customer Service
I paid for a diagnosis and service, neither were performed. The chap claimed he had fixed the Dyson however when I took it home it was still making a funny noise and wasn't vacuuming properly. I checked the filters and noticed neither had been replaced. I phoned back and he admitted to me he had been busy and my cleaner was forgotten. He posted me some replacement filters however this still hasn't resolved the suction issues. I requested a refund as the journey to his place is inconvenient however I have been ignored.

I sent my handheld hoover almost 4 months ago pre-Christmas (at personal cost). At first, I was mistaken for another order but was then told I'd get my quote soon. I haven't heard anything or received a diagnosis since. After all my emails and texts had gone unanswered, I did finally manage to get hold of him on the phone (on a different number) and was promised he would take a look straight away at my machine and call me back. Nothing since, and I can't get hold of him now. I was very nice and understanding on the phone, as sometimes delays happen, especially over Christmas. But now I'm just annoyed. It's poor form to ghost your customers, but that's what seems to have happened to me, and by the sounds of it, many others.
Avoid this unethical company
Failed to show up for appointment and didn’t mention any additional call out fees as they said “they were in the area” and ignored requests for details. Then when they did show up, said I’d get £10 off. Took the unit outside for 5-minutes and just blew it through using an air compressor. Stuck a £2 filter in with some cotton swab soaked in air-freshener, then demanded £79!
I’ve informed my bank and will be pursuing a chargeback and will revert to Trading Standards as they are parasitic.

Terrible experience
I took my mileu vacuum to have a reconditioned mains lead fitted which I accepted. I was told they would call me when done, they never did after leaving repeated messages. They eventually answered when I called from a different number . Told me my hoover was ready to be collected. On arrival they produced a hoover, badly scratched , with a broken on /off switch. The hose was missing - they couldn’t identify which was mine of those hanging from a hook 🤷♀️
He said it was definitely my hoover, it wasn’t , and said if I wasn’t happy to scrap it. I was left with no choice other than to leave it there - there was little point in taking a hoover with a scratched, broken switch (which wasn’t the original problem) All in all they had it four weeks.
I would never recommend this company .
Ghosted. Avoid.
I sent a robot vacuum cleaner for repair at Vacuum Doctor (I am in Scotland). Despite very promising initial communication, and a very quick invoice for £50 inspection fee, which I paid, I have now phoned three times and emailed once and had no response. More than three months has passed. The first two times I phoned I was told someone would call me back ASAP (they never did) and the third time nobody picked up. My email has not been answered.
I can only conclude that I will never recover my £50 or my vacuum cleaner. Avoid at all costs.

My Roborock docking station broke down during warranty. As they no longer have a service center in UK, I've been advised to look for one myself and send them the bill. I wish I never found vacuum "doctor" - they were quick in taking the £50 deposit for which one week later, I'm still waiting for the invoice to get reimbursment from roborock, and then they provided a "diagnostic" on a white piece of paper saying nothing new and just stating the fault. Because nobody was picking up my calls, I had to drive 80 minutes to pickup the vacuum myself and arrived to a house where they run their company from! I was ok to let that slide and I asked them again for an official diagnostic report for warranty and if they checked inside the dock to which they said they are not authorized to dissasemble as it might void the warranty!! I was at no point told before they are not an authorized service! Of course I'm still waiting for the documents and when I tried to call them they were ignoring my calls again - When I've used a different number and they picked up! wow
I received the vaccum dock with 3 screws missing, full of scratches, dirty and smelling of weed! They've wasted my time and money! I'm done being patient! Avoid!!!

I was bowled over by the great advice Darren gave me just now when I rang to ask him about the possibility of repairing my 3 year old Shark upright that had started to make a burning motor smell. He offered his time and advice free of charge (unheard of these days!) and not only advised me on next steps for the Shark but on which vacuum cleaner I would be best to buy in future. He was very friendly and super informative and took the time to answer my questions, even though there was no fee in it for him. What an absolute star! Thanks again Darren.

Rubbish customer service
Although I was happy with the servicing of 2 Shark vacuum cleaners and the price I was less than impressed when we went to clean the filters. In both cleaners the filter sponges and housings had not been replaced. Despite numerous text messages, phone calls and telephone conversations nothing has been done to rectify this over the last 2 weeks. A shame really as I have a good review after the initial servicing. Very disappointing, very unprofessional.
Unprofessional Service
The service that I received from the Vacuum Doctor was unprofessional, rude, aggressive and I WOULD NOT recommend the company. I was charged £20 but my cleaner was not even looked at. Some screws had been removed and, when the cleaner was returned, these same screws had not been replaced! The screws that were in the cleaner, were still in the same places! I had to make several journeys to get my cleaner due to their mistakes and carelessness (wrong part being put on my cleaner and missing parts). They were rude and aggressive on the phone (several times they said they would phone me and never did) and rudely told me that "I would be able to get a new cleaner anyway". I have been left with a broken cleaner which has missing parts and have paid £20 for nothing. When I emailed to complain and ask for a refund, I have had no response! Very poor service!

I tried to contact this company twice, they didn't bother to respond at all.
I was completely ignored, so I went elsewhere.
Seems like this company is picky about what customers they want.
I'd advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a company that actually wants their business.
