    Excellent service couldn’t recommend more!

    Carl has been amazing over the last few months helping me with my services and prices. He’s gone above and beyond, always patient and clear, and made sure I got everything sorted without stress. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

    All I can say is wow what an amazing…

    All I can say is wow what an amazing service I have had. Jack was there at the end of every message going above and beyond I can not thank him enough. He took away the stress and that for me is priceless. Thank you so so much. I can’t believe I stayed with Fresha so long xxx

    Ghosted

    Every seemed like it was going well until they disappeared. Had to do two demos for some reason but seemed promising so went along with it. We were ready to sign up and then they stopped responding to our emails and didn’t follow up. Very disappointing but perhaps a good omen as that lack of service or follow up would most certainly show up when we were committed

    I’ve been with Vagaro for years and the…

    I’ve been with Vagaro for years and the level of support with their merchant services is disgusting. We recently had a situation where a lot of our clients were double charged. This was a situation that did not show itself during checkout. It actually said payments were not going through and the amount of headaches I’ve had dealing with their customer service team is incredible. Days went by without responses or even a touch of urgency to get this corrected.. We are now in the process of switching our processing provider. Good luck.

    Very happy I moved to Vagaro

    Liam has been great and very reliable and helpful and always gets back to you promptly if you have any questions or issues about the system. Really pleased I changed from Pabau to Vagaro a much better system and having a consistent person that can always help you is so good!

    System I’d recommend to other salon owners/stylists

    We’ve been using Vagaro In Salon for around a year and it’s become an essential part of how we run the business. From tracking our teams performance (KPIs) to marketing to our monthly newsletter.
    The reporting is useful, and it’s made managing the day to day bits a lot smoother.

    A special mention to Liam Kirby, he’s been absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure the system works for our specific needs. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed guidance on getting more out the platform, Liam’s been there. That level of support makes a massive difference when you’re running a busy salon.
    Would recommend to any salon owner that’s looking for a booking and business management system that actually delivers. Dead easy to get started.

    Disappointing Experience for a Small Business Owner

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Vagaro Merchant Services has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

    What should have been a simple verification and payment holding process turned into days of frustration, multiple emails, and hours on the phone with at least three different representatives , yet the issue still remains unresolved.

    As a small business owner, having funds placed on hold without clear communication or efficient resolution creates unnecessary financial and operational stress. Every time I contacted support, I received Honestly, this experience has pushed me to strongly consider moving to GlossGenius or another platform with more transparent and responsive merchant support.

    Great value and really good support

    Great value and really good support. We’ve just had a new website designed by Estera and the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable. She was great to deal with and gave me confidence from the start that we’d end up with something really good.

    A simple cancellation turned into a billing risk and a customer service failure.

    This service was downloaded for a free trial. When I tried to cancel, it did not go through properly and billing was still attempted. Thankfully, it triggered an alert and was not processed.

    I contacted support to make sure they would not attempt to bill me again and to close my account.

    I spoke with Obi, who had one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced in customer service. He confirmed that if I ever used Vagaro again, they would attempt to charge me for a service I have not used.

    I explained clearly that I have no intention of using the service now, but if I ever considered it in the future, I should not be billed for something I never used. He refused to understand or help.

    When I asked for a supervisor, he said he would “put me back in the queue.”

    Unacceptable.

    They created a billing issue, failed to resolve it, and then handled it with complete indifference.

    I would not use this service again.

    The team at Vagaro here in the UK are simply brilliant. Owen has been so helpful when I explained what I required from an online booking and payments platform to be embedded as an external “add on” to my site. He has taken the time to go through what can be done - all of which has been amazing, and been very patient when I have had questions. So far Vagaro has been working really well for me and compared to what I had before it’s much easier to navigate- I wish I had it earlier! Would highly recommend Vagaro and its UK team!

    I've just moved from Fresha due to constant hidden pricing and waiting weeks for response to emails. With Carl at Vagaro I get a WhatsApp response within the hour, day or night. The customer service is exceptional and they set the whole app up for you and moved all existing data from your current booking system. The transition was near flawless. Can't recommend enough🙂
