Great platform to use for salon booking. There staff is also very helpful.
Very disappointing experience with Vagaro Pro. I was told my account would be closed after leaving a salon that required their system, yet I continued to be charged monthly for over a year with zero usage.
There was no outreach or accountability on their end despite clear inactivity. When I contacted support with documentation, they refused a full refund and hid behind a non-refundable policy.
Charging customers for unused services without proper oversight or resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to monitor their billing closely when using this platform.

What a con! I purchased a package for classes and the app will not allow my to use up front purchase I made for 5 classes, and it now wants me to pay for classes again! I thought I was doing myself a favour by saving time and money, so far it’s taken so much of my time to resolve that I would rather not bother! Beware!
I have never had any problems using Vagoro. It has been an asset to my business.
Estera is great. Really understood the assignment and my vision of how I wanted things to look. Quick and responsive! Thank you so much!

I used them for a year for my massage business. The software is slow and confusing. The "community" you are supposedly part of is non-existent. On top of that they scammed me out of $30 when I tried to cancel. They have absolutely no focus on customer satisfaction, they are just trying to milk you for every nickel and dime they can get. Save your money and sign up for Jane instead.
Messed up my employees W2s and they're too incompetent to fix them.

Vagaro is just my new booking system for my business!
And I can see already the different against Treatwell. Much more adaptable for small business as mine, Well supported from the very beginning, whenever you need the support from them.It makes also, a huge different as well for a small business the crazy fees TW charge you for every single client and the same after a year with the same clients, just crazy.Impossible to maintain it. So happy I found Vagaro with a brilliant support team...:)))

I recently called regarding an issue I believed had already been resolved in February, so it was frustrating to see another withdrawal from my account. I’ll admit I was upset going into the conversation, as unexpected charges are never a small matter.
While the representative ultimately resolved the issue, the overall experience could have been handled much better. Instead of helping to de-escalate the situation, his tone came across as sarcastic and dismissive at times, which only added to my frustration. Customer service especially when dealing with financial concerns requires patience and understanding, even when the caller is upset.
I also want to mention that it felt unprofessional that he read me almost the entire transcript from my previous call. If he needed more time to review the account details, it would have been more appropriate to place me on hold or offer a call back rather than reading everything aloud during the conversation.
Additionally, he stated that the previous agent did not cancel anything for me, even though during that prior call I was walked through the cancellation process. In that moment, it felt as though I was being dismissed or not believed, which was frustrating and added to an already tense situation.
Issue was corrected by the end of the call. However, I strongly feel that additional coaching on de-escalation, communication, and empathy would be beneficial. Customers calling about unauthorized or unexpected charges are already stressed, and the way those conversations are handled makes a big difference.
