We had a very small delivery window and the case arrived on time. Having used the Samsung case was very hard wearing and looked just as good when we returned after 11 weeks traveling on local transpor... Voir plus

Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other... Voir plus
The colour I ordered went out of stock, but I had a phone call to apologise and confirm new stock would be in next week. Didn't need it urgently so that was fine. And bag arrived the following week... Voir plus

Bad customer service
I received the wrong luggage after paying for next day delivery.
Had a trip coming up soon and this added a lot of stress as I needed to pack and take the suitcase with me.
They did assist in me getting the suitcase prior to leaving on my trip following this issue.
However, the next day I received an email asking if I have returned the previous case as they needed it back ASAP. I had already done so at this point however I felt that as this mistake was on their end I should’ve been allowed to return it in my own time if needed. I also emailed back asking if any compensation would be provided for this situation and they never responded to me.
