Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other... Voir plus

No proof of purchase was provided
Fast delivery.
I was not provided with proof of purchase like an invoice etc., so I could not upload it to Samsonite’s registration page. I sent an email to them but it was ignored.
In the meantime, I got an invoice from the shop. Thanks for that. Despite they say they resent it to me, that was the first time I received an invoice from them, and I checked the spam folder as well.
Anyway, it’s reassuring that they sorted out this issue.

Great Customer Service
Having ordered 2 Samsonite suitcases they arrived promptly after ordering. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit. The problem was resolved swiftly and efficiently with a new suitcase delivered within 48 hours. I would not hesitate to use the company again.
