Really good company to deal with. I purchased a reconditioned desktop system which proved to be excellent quality. The delivery courier [DPD) was also very good with a good line of communication throughout resulting with my goods being delivered before the actual receipt time. A mention to Kurtis at VALU computers who's expertise was also very helpful. Will definitely use this company again.

Bought a laptop from Val-U-Computers.co.uk for the first time and can say it is a good value purchase. No issues with buying and receiving the item however, they should notify buyers when the item has been despatched. Will buy from this seller again. Very pleased with my purchase.

I've used Val-U-Computers several times in the past and always been very pleased. I have just purchased two (quite cheap) laptops, one of which wouldn't switch on. I contacted Val-U-Computers and they were very good. No quibble, just shipped me out another one which arrived the next day plus emailing me a prepaid label to return the faulty one.
Things inevitably do go wrong sometimes, and how a company deals with problems determines how good the company is. I have no qualms in giving five stars to Val-U-Computers following how they dealt with this.

Good laptop in fair condition. 3 stars as communication about delivery was poor as i did not know when it was posted ,by who or when delivery was made.

I am very pleased with the outstanding service provided by Val-u-computers. I ordered my laptop with next day delivery around 11 am on a weekday morning and it arrived, perfectly set up and ready to go, before 10am the following day.

The laptop is a refurbished Windows 7 Dell model and it arrived in exceptional condition with upgraded hard drive installed as per my order (it looks and runs just like a new laptop straight out the box and there wasn't a mark on it!). I prefer Windows 7 as an operating system as I play some older games and I'm more familiar with it generally than the more recent versions. I had some concerns about what the quality of a refurbished laptop would be like but with this company I needn't have worried.

All I can say once again is I am very impressed with the quality of the product and speed of service both excellent thank you Val-u-computers.

Recommend on price and delivery, in addition and more importantly laptop as described if not better. Excellent packaging, securing laptop from any accidental mishandling during transportation. No hesitation purchasing from this company in the future.

Good Quality products at reasonable prices.

On the whole a good service and products but delivery could be a little quicker, this is offset by a very reasonable P&P charge on the bottom line.
My experience is that high value deliveries need to to be carried out by security minded logistics providers...I have no knowledge how long my parcel had been in a far from safe drop off location. May be this explains slow delivery too!

Great little Dell laptop arrived very well-packed and - most importantly - with Windows XP installed. This will be travelling around sundry building sites with me so the packaging will be very useful.

After my last laptop died, I was thrilled to discover that I could still get a replacement. I have tried more modern design software, but cannot find anything better - hence the need for XP.

After specifically choosing a laptop that had an internal DVDRW optical drive, we were very disappointed when it arrived and we couldn't see any place to insert discs. Upon phoning Val-U-Computers I was told that the model we ordered (Dell Latitude 5480) is too new to have an optical drive and the information on the website must have been a typo.
Having done much online research and waiting a week for delivery only to be so disappointed is a real let down. Val-U-Computers has emailed a free return label and promised a full refund.

The computer we ordered arrived very quickly (far quicker than expected) and was so easy to set up.
Good quality and was exactly as described.

I have used Val-U-Computers three times now and am very impressed with their support, willingness to go the extra mile and information. In particular, Curtis has been particularly helpful. I will use them whenever I need computer tech advice.
