Prompt accurate delivery. And when I rang about a delivery scam, nothing to do with your company someone courteously returned the call. Thank you ☺️

Hi Diane,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry your Inox MX3FG drum took much longer than expected to reach you in Queensland.
There was an unusual delay in the freight network that affected the delivery timeframe, and we understand how frustrating the wait would have been.
Our team did try to give you a call but couldn’t reach you. Thanks for the feedback, it helps us improve. If there’s anything else we can do, please contact us directly and we’ll be glad to sort it out.
Good product and delivery time

Hi Lee,
Thanks for taking the time to speak with our team on the phone.
From our conversation, we understood that the camlock washers supplied were the items ordered, and that the confusion related to a photo shown on a separate website listing. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention.
We tried calling you back to finish working through it but couldn’t get through. Please feel free to give us a ring when it suits, and we’ll pick it up from there.
Thanks for the feedback, it helps us improve.
