Hi Paul, cheers for taking the time. We know how important it is to get the right hoses, clamps and accessories on site without delay. Thanks for trusting Valve Warehouse Australia with your order.
Prompt service
Prompt service. My only problem has been with postal service, otherwise delivery can be unbelievable. Last order prepared in the morning and received next morning’s mail. Previous order sat in Melbourne post centres for over four days. I will certainly continue to buy from valve warehouse knowing the postal service is variable.

Flakey Portal and late delivery. Basket filling and variation problems. 2 days later, finally placed order. Estimated shipping 3-4 business days. Startrack tracking note indicates delivery 9 business days after order.

Réponse de Valve Warehouse Australia
Hi Peter,
We understand the wait was frustrating. Sometimes StarTrack freight for larger consignments on pallets can take longer to reach WA. Our team worked with you personally at every step, from helping place and amend your order over the phone and email, to following up with calls and a text once your pallet was ready for delivery.
Thanks for the feedback, it helps us improve. If there's anything else we can do, please contact us directly, and we'll be glad to assist.
