I ordered a set of rubber mats, however a set of carpet mats turned up. I called Customer Service only to be told I was lying, and in fact I had ordered something I did not want.

Got the heavy duty rubber mats (4 sets). For the price good value and decent fit. Note sure if the delivery instructions (company hours) weren’t passed on to courier or courier ignored , but managed... Voir plus

Van mats ordered.
Ordered some mats for our small van. Found the website easy to use. Liked the way u could choose the thickness of the mat and colour and also the colour u wanted for the trim. Only waited bout 7 days before they arrived. Was very pleasantly surprised by how great the quality was. Have been in the van for few months now and showing no signs of wear and tear. Would definitely buy again and recommend..

Vivaro mats
Great quality, tough and well made. My only minor negative is they slip around on my vehicle floor but other people may not have the same finish on the floor of their vehicle so may not be a problem

Good product and price, excellent service
Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and especially the excellent customer service.
Ordered rubber mats for a Transit van and VanMats were the most competitive on price. Followed all the instructions, but when they arrived, they didn’t align to the fixtures in the van. Contacted customer Services who sent me a replacement mat within a week. There was no fuss made and it was excellent customer service to resolve an issue that apparently happens occasionally.
Would just recommend that you check the positions of the floor lugs against the VanMat’s template for your make of van, but my experience was completely positive. Would recommend.
