I ordered a set of rubber mats, however a set of carpet mats turned up. I called Customer Service only to be told I was lying, and in fact I had ordered something I did not want.

Got the heavy duty rubber mats (4 sets). For the price good value and decent fit. Note sure if the delivery instructions (company hours) weren’t passed on to courier or courier ignored , but managed... Voir plus

Transit custom seat cover
Well made seat cover, fits well. Comes with headrest and arm rest cover.
Although it was initially sent with the head rest cover missing, after contacting Van Mats one was quickly sent out.

Wrong Mat for Fiat Talento
The Mat I received for my Fiat Talento had the clip buttins in the wrong place so it just slides about.... Outline of mat doesn't really fit the floor plan either... No response from this company.... Binned the Mat and went elsewhere.

Well made quality product.
The ordering was easy and delivery was reasonably quick, approximately seven days, but considering it was "made to order" I thought that was good. I do think the heel pad could be wider and in extending across all three pedals as opposed to the two and a half pedals it covers in my Peugeot Boxer. The product quality is good and I was very happy with the price.
