I ordered a set of rubber mats, however a set of carpet mats turned up. I called Customer Service only to be told I was lying, and in fact I had ordered something I did not want.

Got the heavy duty rubber mats (4 sets). For the price good value and decent fit. Note sure if the delivery instructions (company hours) weren’t passed on to courier or courier ignored , but managed... Voir plus

Purchased for a motorhome and 4 inches short in the isle between the seats. Contacted them and they wouldn't accept my dissatisfaction. I won't purchase from them again and neither should you.

Sadly on this occasion not the best experience, 2021 Transit Custom mats ordered and when arrived they did not fit, images taken and lots of e mails going backwards and forwards only to be advised at the end “we will refund”, unable to supply as it appears they do not have the correct template, van is an automatic
