Pictures on website are incorrect and roof bars don’t come with locks, If I had the time I’d be speaking to trading standards about false advertisement.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience with the product images and the confusion over the locks. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when an image doesn't quite match expectations.
While our product descriptions do mention that locks are an optional additional purchase, we understand that specific secondary images might cause confusion if they don't perfectly represent the base product. In this case the secondary product image showed an optional upgrade which the main product image did not show.
This point of confusion is limited to newly listed Rhino Black KammBar roof bars. We will be looking to address this over the coming days.

Excellent van roof rack, excellent service
I purchased a Van Guard roof rack for my L2H2 Citroen Relay. It was a good price and it arrived within just a few days. Great service from Van Roof Racks.
The rack is excellent quality, the instructions were reasonably good and I managed to follow them ok.
It took a between 3 or 4 hours to assemble and amount onto the van but was straight forward enough and I managed it single handedly.

Good communication when I asked a question about the product I purchased. Delivery time was also excellent.

Communication does not exist
Wanted to return a towstep because I had ordered the wrong version of electrics (the website was not clear) which anyone is entitled to do under the Consumer Contracts Act for online purchases if the return is requested within 14 days of ordering. Emailed Van Roofracks who replied sale is complete. Emailed again, no reply, tried to contact using contact form, ignored. Checked address of company, it appears to be an office at best, no signage and no real contact details. Will now take steps to recover the cost of the towstep using the Consumer Credit Act, if the owner of the company wants to get in touch with me they are free to do so, but based on my experience so far they won't.
Really annoying company, this could have been settled quickly and amicably but this company's policy appears to be to ignore customers and hope they go away.
