The cheapest top brand.
I was looking for a roof rack and came across a website called “van roof rack”, to be honest they were the cheapest with the best brand so I chose them and within 3 days it turned up, really chuffed with my product, thank you.

Unable to get hold of anyone via phone or email.
Was told my order was going to be delivered Monday still not arrived by Wednesday.
Finally come Monday.
Not the fault of the company but the courier company.
All sorted and great product at a good price

Ordered a solar panel minimum order.
Ordered a solar panel. Received an email several days later saying there was an error on their website and i should not have been able to order 1 (there should have been a minimum order of 4) so they were cancelling my order. Only given 3 stars rather than 1 star because of the apologetic email i received.

We completely accept your review, and many thanks for the 3 stars. We have now corrected the website to only allow a minimum order quantity of 4 units for the particular item you ordered. The size of the item meant it needed a double pallet to ship and we couildn't make that work for a single item. Thanks again for the feedback.
