Very helpful company, emailed for advice on the fitting of Partner van roof racks , on to a Rifter. Got back to me straight away. Ordered And arrived next day, nice quality , easy to fit, no problems at all . Can highly recommend this company , thanks CW.

Next day delivery not guaranteed, even when in stock
Ordered over the phone, for next day delivery. Even though this was shown with courier to arrive next day between 8am-6pm item never arrived. When i contacted customer services, was not very helpful when i initially asked for a refund and was told next day delivery isn’t always guaranteed? They where very rude on the phone and even put the phone down on me when i asked to speak to the manager.. in the end after a number of emails to customer services i managed to get a refund. Overall my refund was then processed within 2 working days, but with the added stress of having to phone & email to stress my customer rights for a refund before it was eventually issued. Buyer be aware that next day delivery when needed, will not be guaranteed and poor customer service from the service provider when contacting by phone.

Thank you for your update and investigating. Yes the exchange of words was fuelled as The attitude of the customer services assistant, was very unprofessional, and would not allow me to have/process a refund, over the phone/during our phone conversation, when i clearly requested to want a refund… thus causing more stress during the phone conversation, and when trying to call your customer services back, after the phone was put down on me, for asking for a manager/more help. The phone just went to answering machine, even though the office was still open to receive calls. It was the day after and a number of emails to request a refund and my consumer rights. That eventually a refund was then processed. This item was already in stock at your Salford depot, which i could and would of collected, but was advised it would be easier just to have it delivered (next day) which i choose. Only for the item to be dispatched, from the Essex supplier, and with the courier down for delivery saying it will be delivered that day, i spent the full day waiting in for nothing. Only to then have your assistant tell me next day is not guaranteed. But would not process a refund when i requested when the item did not turn up on time. The process should never have been such a hassle, wasting a day in with no delivery and then to have no help from your assistant on the phone. Hence one star and having to go elsewhere for the item to guarantee it would be delivered on time and who was nice & helpful during the whole process.

We're glad to hear that your refund was processed the next day and you receieved the full refund within two working days. However, we deeply regret that you were initially met with resistance and rudeness from our customer service team. This absolutely does not reflect the high standards we set for ourselves. We will be investigating this incident thoroughly to ensure it doesn't happen again.

We've investigated internally and understand that during the initial call, there was an exchange of harsh language. While we emphasize the importance of respectful communication on both sides, we also recognize that our customer service representative could have further de-escalated the situation and potentially transferred you to a supervisor.
We will use this incident as a training opportunity to ensure our team is equipped to effectively handle difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.
To conclude, we remain committed to providing excellent customer service and appreciate your feedback in helping us achieve that goal.

Thank you for your additional comments. We need to clarify that your comments refer to a period inside the next-day delivery period. The end of the next-day delivery service coincides with our office closing time. This is why you would not have been able to request a refund until the next day. A refund was processed the next day as agreed.
Apologies again for the inconvenience that this has caused.
