Faulty parts
Some bolts were faulty (no thread).
Phone conversation and following email but no replacement parts sent.
Roof rack itself was good quality.

Vanroofrack were the intermediary…
Vanroofrack were the intermediary through which I ordered a replacement bulkhead for a van. I had tried this before through another company and due to the wrong part number being against the image on the web site I was sent the wrong item. The previous company weren’t interested in sorting the problem and just arranged to collect the wrong item.
Despite having the right image and part number and right description on the vanroofrack website the supplying company still managed to send the wrong item.
I discussed this with vanroofrack and they arranged for a replacement item at the earliest possibility as the items are made to order as well as a modest reimbursement from the manufacturer for the inconvenience caused.
Excellent customer service.

I spent so long going back and forward…
I spent so long going back and forward on what ladder to buy I decided to go with these guys then ordered the wrong one🤣 I contacted the company and they delt with it quickly finding the right bracket bits I needed and then when I realised I didn’t have the instructions as I had ordered for the wrong van I messaged they got back to me that evening and I’m very happy with my ladder and there service thanks 🙏

Had a nightmare with the delivery company. Noted was delivered when in fact was not. Chris and Paul were quickly on it and even arranged for replacement units to be delivered so I had no delays sorting one of my vans. Thanks again, used before and will definitely use again!

Great pipe box,great price!
Was a bit dubious to order at 1st as was cheaper than everyone else checked them out and all good,glad i ordered it was seamless from start to finish.ordered a rhino carrier as had them before they are great and water tight for my plaster beads,went for the cheaper brand last time leaked like a sieve ruined all my beads,so if your looking for a pipe carrier rhino is your answer simple as!!!
