Had a broken wing mirror and the guys were extremely helpful from the very beginning, giving honest advice and making the whole process really straightforward. Fast delivery but a terrible product, non existent customer service.

I bought a set of mirrors for my VW T5, the fit was absolutely appalling, not even close to the shape/contour of the doors, leaving gaps of over 5mm in places.

I immediately removed them and emailed for a full refund and return but received no reply. 3 emails later and still no reply.

I'm currently seeking a refund via my credit card company.

I have an old imported GOLF car and sadly damaged the wing mirror on a Saturday but it was still easy to navigate VAN WING MIRRORS website and find exactly what I needed. And I’m an old lady !! I ordered the complete set .
On the Monday I managed to talk on What’sApp to a very knowledgeable member of the VAN WING MIRROR TEAM just to confirm I had the correct part. I sent him a photo of the damaged wing mirror
He was extremely helpful.
It arrived within the next day delivery service
I bought some spray paint and it now matches with the existing mirror and is on my car.
Don’t expect the same delivery window if you order over a weekend .

Super fast service. I was called by them to check I was ordering the correct cover and asked for a WhatsApp photo to confirm. Cover arrived the next day. Yet to be fitted but it looks good.

I have ordered a wing mirror which was hired for moving my office stuff to new place, it was hit by some one on parked palace, need to return next day, I have ordered Fiat Ducato long arm wing mirror is after noon and got it next day and fitted and returned van back, Quality of wing mirror is exactly same as orginal broken one, can't diffrenciate, price is much cheaper than dealer and very fast next day tracked delivery from Royal Mail.
