Ordered the wrong one by mistake but immediately phoned to rectify my mistake. I was told they had changed it, only to still receive the incorrect one! Exceptionally poor service indeed!

Harsha answered the phone in two rings though I called 25 minutes after closing time! Next morning Shirish (MD) of the co himself got some tools and fitted a passenger side mirror-PERFECTLY! Cost - £25. Jemca had quoted £ 865! So a really significant saving and dealing with polite, kind people!

Finding the exact mirror for your vehicle can be tricky but the Wing Mirror website is pretty well foolproof.
Order arrived quickly even though ordered at the weekend, sadly it arrived cracked in half, clearly a courier problem (no prizes for guessing which one!)
Called Jay at WingMirror and he sent out a replacement which I got next day. Brilliant service, good prices, and quality product, what more could you want?!

Passenger side mirror fell off my VW Golf. Ordered a replacement from the Wing Mirror company. This arrived quickly but unfortunately was broken. A few days later the driver's door mirror also fell off and smashed.
I phoned the Wing Mirror company and they sent a replacement for the broken one and a replacement for the driver's door mirror which both arrived the next morning - great service.

Ordered a replacement glass for my caddy it was delivered broken which was Evri fault contacted the wing mirror company with in ten mins they emailed me for pictures sent them over with in 24 hours I had a replacement delivered can not fault at all will definitely be using this company again 👍😉

Thursday evening my left wing mirror broke so I ordered a wing mirror from their website but mistakenly realised I needed one that comes with the base. I tried calling up to cancel my order but I checked and they were closed so I sent out an email. I decided to just order the wing mirror with the base anyways but again I mistakenly ordered the right handed one instead of the left. Reading upon their reviews made me feel a bit worried.
Friday morning as soon as they opened I called them up to cancel and change my order and the person over the phone was friendly. They told me that they couldn’t find my order but they will still amend the changes for both orders. A few minutes later they followed up with an email to confirm the changes and make sure all was correct.
Saturday afternoon, I received the right order, left wing mirror with base and now my car is good to go.
Overall, highly satisfied with quality, customer service and speed of delivery, I would highly recommend them! Thanks again :)

Wing mirror glass dropped out Sunday afternoon. Ordered a new glass from Wingmirrorcompany Sunday evening. Cost less than I expected. Woke up Monday realising I'd ordered the wrong one. Phoned up and immediately spoke to a helpful person. They cancelled old order and I re-ordered. PayPal refund arrived the same day, and the new mirror arrived by midday Tuesday. Now installed. All good and much easier and cheaper than I expected - hence the review.

Ordered Friday, received Saturday (obviously not drop-shipped nor using Evri!) Part as ordered, all good.

Took much longer than advertised to arrive unfortunately
